Recommended by option
Suggested by Optitian to perhaps slow down the progression of my macular degeneration. It’s difficult say whether they help but I can only hope they do. They are easy to swallow and hopefully effective.

Unsuitable vegetarian/vegan
Capsules shell is made from an animal product. Very disappointing since so many capsule shells today are vegetarian/vegan so it cannot be difficult. I now have capsules I need to take due to sight loss but I am reticent being a vegan. What to do? Frustrated.
