7 Month Update: Still rock solid, no regrets! I've had friends with the same processor but different motherboard and they've run into boot/crash issues and lots of problems but I'm still stable and happy. _____________ This is my first AMD build in 15 years and I am very pleased! There seemed to be lots of pros and cons to all the different B650 boards out there, and I also wanted to keep my whiteout aesthetic so that limited things further. Thankfully, this board has been superb after lots of gaming and stress testing in the first week of owning. No noise, no crashing. I've also never had a motherboard with a full on white PCB, which is stunning! Paired with 7800x3d and 32gb of white G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB ram and my 3080 FTW3 Ultra. GB Control Panel automatically installed and let me update drivers AND bios with just a couple of effortless clicks. System has been very stable, and I'm maxing my refresh rate on my monitor playing PUBG.

This GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX ICE motherboard is perfect for my all-white setup. The design is clean and premium, and the features are top-notch—WiFi 6E, PCIe 5.0, and triple M.2 slots make it a great choice for a future-proof build. Fast boot time, lighting is decent, and the connectivity is great. Easy installation with the EZ-Latch, and everything runs smooth with DDR5 support. Definitely a great motherboard for AM5 builds!

The perfect motherboard for a gamers needs. Has all the bells and whistles you need, and doesn't add all the extra stuff that doesn't matter to keep the costs down. Paired with a 9800x3d right now and a NZXT AIO with T-Force RAM. You can update the bios without turning the PC on using the flashback button on the outside with a removable USB. The wifi works great, no issues with connection or the antenna. Everything boots great and no issues with stability. Get this board if you want a great experience.

Pros: Good motherboard. Has plenty of great features and is easy to set up. It looks great in all white builds. Cons: Gigabyte software is awful. The Rgb constantly bugs and has to be reset. Also Pc occasionally powers on/restarts due to software updates.

Recently built a PC for my wife and I wanted to go for an all white build for her, however I didn't want the motherboard to have the standout white PCB to drown out some of the other components and then I stumbled on this motherboard. I was astonished, the light grey PCB really makes the difference here and the m.2 nvme drive heatsinks are beautiful to look at and always welcome. If you are going for an all white build and want to keep the motherboard cost under $230 I would suggest giving this one a look.

I added this to round out a perfect white pc, it looks amazing in my HYTE N70 and once you actually get it up and running seems to run just fine. However if you are looking for a good board keep far away from this one! 1. Booting is a chore, connected to a RTX4080 it will not boot, the little lights on the motherboard just hang on vga, some say its a issue with display port, but either way if you press reboot a couple of times and try to keep your monitor awake it will eventually boot. Gigabytes response is... have you updated the bios? 2. Memory, I really didn't think this was an issue anymore, but apparently this board is VERY picky and doesn't play nice with the ram I ordered, and I guess adding support for it is not a priority (corsair dominator 4800) 3. Software? It is a joke... cant even detect the board right half of the time it wants me to download drivers that are not even included, and make sure you get your copy of Norton protect! Bios updates are always empty. 4. Bios? Its a mess... all flashy but trying to find anything out is... less then fun. Bios update from windows? Nope! Bios update from a drive? Ok! Nope not that drive, no not that one either, better luck next time? Create EFI boot disk! Still refused to accept it: "cannot read file" 5. Support? Well go ahead and create that ticket and wait a week... or two... then you get... "have you restarted the machine?" Ticket closed. Seriously? Honestly if I had not done a ton of custom cabling and cleanup I would have drop kicked it back into its box and simply threw it out so it didn't wind up in someone else's pc. Save yourself some frustration and stay away from this one.

Best mid-tier board. Almost every PC person on youtube has this brand board. You can never go wrong with this. Bios is super easy to use. The motherboard is greatly quality build. Highly recommend.

great motherboard, last PC I built was in 2019! so I needed to upgrade wasn't as long as i thought. some things changed. first time I switch on the PC everything went black but was running. I found out it was the RAM sticks they had to be inserted onto A2 and B2 or A1 and B1 after that it posted :) I decide to take a picture without everything turned on to avoid distractions on the motherboard.
