Good Starter Bike
Just got into cycling, and this was a cheap option with positive reviews. To my experience. It has performed wonderfully. Transitions smooth between gears, breaks okay, its somewhat light as a road bike should be, and the seat is not too horrible at least to me.

Bad customer service, bike failing after 2 months
It has been four months since I purchased the bicycle. It is aesthetically, nice super lightweight and bright smooth. My only issue is that by the second month I was already hearing a knocking sound coming from the gears when I’m peddling, also one of the wires has stripped apart and broken, as well as when it is in certain gears, it jerks. What I am most displeased of is that I have brought this issue up to the company and no one has reached out to me to fix the problem or send me a replacement.

Nice bike for not too heavy use
Nice bike for entry level. Is light and runs smooth. It took me about one hour to assemble for the first time. Then a friend bought the same one and I assemble it in 20 mins. I've ride it now many times, I don't do more than 10 miles trip though. And still feels like the first day. Looks like is gonna last for my use. The only little issue I see is that the shifts are in the middle of the helm and in order to make a plate shift you have to release one hand. You gotta get the trick to it.

Great bike for the price and great customer service
I love this bike it's light weight, durable, looks awesome and it was easy to assemble. I did have some issues caused by shipping and so I needed to deal with customer service and they were great. They were prompt and had some great suggestions for troubleshooting and very easy to deal with.

This Bike is awful! It has been repaired 4 times since purchasing it. Do not waste your money!

The delivered box was a mess, and the tire was not rotating its stuck. hanging on my garage wall for beauty

Square wheels and customer service
If I could write zero stars, I absolutely would. I messaged them two days ago when I found my bike, I was super excited. I went to the website and submitted a ticket, 3 actually. Just to make sure my information was correct. A simple problem, a square wheel fresh out the box, I made markings on it, I aligned the spokes, everything. But they will not answer my messages nor message me back. Extremely disappointed in this thing, now I gotta go buy another wheel out of my own pocket because they just simply don’t care enough.
