I wouldn't guess it's low carb. They turn out great! Texture is spot on, and they taste good. This is now my go to for a quick dessert that won't make you feel bad.

Flavor is good. But very dry.
The flavor is very yummy. However, mine turned out very dry, despite the fact that I cut the oven time short. I would maybe try it again one more time, perhaps add sour cream for moistness. But if it’s a fail, I would not purchase again.
