Cinnabon flavor taste so good.

Very artificial flavour. Cinnamon overdose, the taste is bitter sweet (bitter because cinnamon overdose and extremely sweet - sweeter overdose) . It doesn’t blend into creamy texture. Won’t order again. One of the worst Egan protein powders

I have been quite happy with the flavours for the plant based Ghost range. The cinnabon flavour is decent, its a nice creamy cinnamon. I mixed it with ~700ml water and double scoop it, quite a nice option and I would buy again.

Didn't like the taste even with milk. Dirt with cinnamon flavour, might try to mix it in with a better tasting vanilla protein.

I bought this protein a while ago (Cinnabon V1) and thought it was super tasty! It is a bit higher in salt and super sweet, so I mix it with another plainer vanilla protein to cut the sweetness a bit. However…a heads up for anyone who tracks macros by weight. I noticed that they have a NEW formula for this (v2) and I was about to purchase it but I did a side by side label comparison first. It makes me a little annoyed that Ghost is marketing the new vegan formula as having more protein, but that’s mainly because the serving size on the label increased from 32.5 g to 40 g. If you normalize the nutrition to the same amount of powder, the macros are almost identical. For example, comparing 30 g of powder: Old formula: 102 calories 18.5 g protein 5.5 g carbs 0.5 g fat New formula: 113 calories 18.8 g protein 5.3 g carbs 1.5 g fat So protein is basically the same per gram, with slightly more fat (adding about 10 extra calories/ 30g serving.) The 10 calories is really nothing - it’s a rounding error at best and most labels have that much margin of error in their macros anyway. It just bothers me that they are marketing it as more protein dense when the new version just lists more grams per serving on the label which makes it look like more protein. It’s not a bad product so I still gave it 4 stars. But I’m cutting one star on principle because I hate misleading marketing. (
