About Book Must Know Medicine This book is intended for use by interns, junior residents, first year medicine PG residents and non Medicine PGs/SRs as a comprehensive guide for their OPDs and to help clear doubts related to management and approach to common diseases. This book helps to understand the practical aspects of treating the most commonly seen, simple diseases which can and should ideally be treated by any MBBS graduate at the primary healthcare level. We all know what the biggest flaw in our medical education is: Immediately after MBBS, we know the theory of everything but the practical aspect is largely ignored (both by the system as well as the students who are keen on mugging up facts for the post-graduate entrances). Students know the pathogenesis and genetics of the rarest of the rare diseases but lack confidence in treating and approaching common diseases like diarrhoea, hypertension, hypothyroidism etc. This book gives an idea about basic treatment protocol to be followed as per standard guidelines and more importantly, tells when to refer to a specialist. Red flag signs when OPD treatment should not be continued at the primary care level have been mentioned wherever appropriate. The idea of this book is to give basic and comprehensive stepโwise approach to common symptoms and diseases thus enabling all MBBS graduates to be able to manage the OPDs and medicineโrelated issues in their specialities. Hopefully, this book will also prove as a life saver for many interns, Junior residents posted in heavy OPDs, since the simple stepโwise approach given in this book will help to take quick initial decisions regarding next investigation, treatment plan and when to refer. We sincerely hope that this book will help you in writing a prescription that is precise as well as prudent. Most under rated book
Title: Most Under Rated Book As a practicing physician, I have come across numerous medical books claiming to be the ultimate guide for doctors. But none of them comes even close to the comprehensiveness and clarity that "Must Know Medicine - The Ultimate OPD Companion" by Dr. Abhinav Aggarwal offers. The book is an exceptional piece of work that covers all the important aspects of medicine in a stepwise approach. It provides an in-depth understanding of the diagnosis, management, and treatment of common symptoms and diseases. Dr. Aggarwal has presented the information in a very easy-to-understand language, making it accessible for medical students, interns, and even non-medicine postgraduate students. One of the best things about this book is that it is not just a compilation of theoretical knowledge. Dr. Aggarwal has included a lot of practical tips and tricks that he has learned over his years of practice. This makes it a perfect guide for anyone who wants to improve their clinical skills. I was surprised to see that this book is so underrated. In my opinion, it should be on the must-read list for every medical student, intern, and first-year medicine PG resident. The information provided in this book is priceless, and I have no doubt that it will help young doctors to excel in their careers. In conclusion, "Must Know Medicine - The Ultimate OPD Companion" is an excellent book that provides a comprehensive and practical guide for all aspiring doctors. Dr. Abhinav Aggarwal has done a remarkable job, and I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Not fully satisfied
Some topic are ok. It's for an internal medicine person not for GPs. Majority of the topics are incomplete. Just can be an add on to other GP books that's all . Not satisfied. Some flow charts are good as in asthma copd . Also acne coloumn is good. Tips are ok but there is lot of room for improvement.
