Adjustbale Gymnastic Kip Bar for Kids Teens Ages 3-16

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this bar. My kids from ages 8-18, have all enjoyed using this bar for gymnastics and regular pull ups. It was easy and straightforward to set up. My 8 year old is able to change the height on her own. It’s a tight fit for a 4ft wide mat, but it works. I find it plenty easy to move around. It gets moved around daily in our basement. For heavier kids doing gymnastics tricks, it does wobble a bit, but never so much I’ve been nervous. It’s solid and sturdy!

The instructions took a few minutes to understand. I wish a link to the video explanation came with the instructions. But overall we are very pleased with this. My kids are obsessed.

Bought this for my niece for Christmas. She loves it so much. Easy set up. Because it can be adjusted she will be using it for years to come.

Took maybe 15 minutes to build and that’s with my kids “helping” me. My kids love climbing it and then hanging on the bar. I’m not sure what the weight limit on it is, but the kids mom was able to hang upside down from the bar no problem.

These bars are not sturdy and make so much noise when my daughter is on them. I do not recommend them.

Assembly took about 30 minutes with two people and daughter loved using it immediately. Very stable base but make sure you get mats to go over the support bars
