Positive deployment

I have half a dozen automatic knives and this knife is of very good quality for it's modest price point. It is very sharp out of the box. It has a safety switch so the blade won't accidentally open in your pocket. There is zero blade wobble. The button is easily depressed and the blade opens with lightning speed. The blade closure lever is quite stiff and based on it's design it might not get easier to press as the knife wears in. However this is a minor issue. The handle is nicely textured for a safe grip. The blade & the liners have a nice stone washed finish. Overall a very nice automatic knife.

Well made EDC for the price.

PROS:Knife came very sharp out of the box.Comes with a nylon holster. The action is solid.Zero blade wiggle.CONS:The lever to release the blade to fold it is very fight, hopefully it will loosen up.The thickness of the handle is a little wide in relation to the thickness of the blade.

Fantastic Knife

This is by far one of the best knives I’ve purchased.Razor Sharp (Be Careful). It is also lightning fast; at first the mechanism is a bit stiff but that quickly passes. Buy it before it is discontinued. (Like the 12 inch version). Buy it NOW ! you won’t be sorry !

Deployment is too weak to fully open most of the time

UPDATE: Loosening the pivot screw did not help and my thumb is bruised from the stiff closing lever. It did not fully open most of the time. I had to loosen the pivot screw and it now works. I am concerned that I will need to buy Loctite since I loosened the screw so much. It did come oiled and sharp. The blade release (to close) is pretty hard to use, which makes this knife not fun to "fidget" with, it starts hurting the fingers very quick. 3 stars is because it is not ready to use out of the box and because the release it too tough to operate - which normally would be a good thing, but the lever should not hurt

Not high quality, makes a decent edc, whenn you need a 1 handed opening knife

It works and is about 80 reliable when it deploys with its blade out lock up, other times it is a danger to cut yourself. What can you expec from a $20 or less knife.

Nice "little" Knife

My fault, a bit smaller than thought. It is a nice knife, just a tad overpriced. Functions fine. I do wonder how quick wear will play on the blade lock. Blade quality seems a bit low, will see how it takes a edge and holds it. Currently ok with buy, middle of the field. Is a tab bit loose, will give it a small tweak to tighten.

Will take time to work in

All aspects of operation are very stiff even after light lubrication. Knife safety is stiff, deployment button takes much more effort than it should and the blade unlock catch will make your thumb sore. On the plus side it has nice weight good solid feel and no blade "looseness". Locking open has never been a problem so far as the spring seems very robust. It is a 440 steel blade after all so all of you whiners take note, if you want a razor then buy a razor. Not a bad knife for not much money as knives go. Hoping it will break in with use.
