My 4th SIM card, love them
I don't know why there are negative reviews for this card. This is my 4th card and I have had nothing but good luck with them. First, it is important to order the correct card. There is one for a phone, GPS tracking device and another one for a mobile hotspot. Each card will offer different or no service for phone minutes, texts and/or data. When activating, it is very important to read everything slowly to make sure the box for auto renewal and overage is not checked. I found it easy to cancel by using the contact screen. It will ask you why you are contacting them. Check the cancel subscription or whatever your issue is.

Don't buy this for any reason
Worse than useless, I'm on vacation in the US and need a phone for a month. I checked compatibility with my device and bought the sim. Called customer service to help me set everything up. They are also rude, evasive with answers and extremely condescending when you try to get specific answers from them. They are told to lie about their location, I'm pretty sure they are in India. I've had the phone activated for 9 days now, doesn't text, call or receive either but WhatsApp works. They claimed to have escalated the issue to higher ups, couldn't fully understand their English and they repeatedly ask me to spell Boston, a city they have never heard of. No further instructions or calls came from escalation that they promised would happen within 4 hours. If you want to be stuck without a phone or want to throw your money away, there are easier ways to do it that are less frustrating. 0 out of 5 stars despite what Amazon allows.

Easy set-up.
My usual network has just doubled the cost of my plan, plus the quality of service dropped. I tried for hours to get some help from their customer service.... i may as well have asked my cat for help! So i decided to try this provider. I was very uneasy about switching, i wasnt sure this plan would work or i would have endless trouble, i was wrong! I put this sim card into a Nokia 110 4G (unlocked) It took less than 10mins to set up and about another 10mins to fully activate. We tested calling and texting, both worked fine. I cant comment on customer service, because i havn,t needed them. So far this provider has been excellent, i am very pleased.

Me da la impresión que el vendedor no tiene idea de cómo es el producto que vende, sino no lo vendería. Me siento totalmente estafada, speedtalk se hace el desentendido con la activación y no puedo usar la nueva SIM card. Ha sido muy estresante ya que estoy de vacaciones y necesito estar conectada, algo que no pude y el servicio al cliente no da ninguna solución, ni por llamada ni correos. Una decepción. Para que publican servicio al cliente si no funciona y no es de ayuda.

Poor experience
The SIM card fee will be refunded during the introduction, but there is no result. The package does not include a 100-minute call. After installing the SIM card on your watch, you can only purchase 50 minutes of calls. The official website is also very ineffective.

Good for emergency backup service
The service is adequate, and may be best for the elderly who don't use much data. But if wanting to try out their network and quality/ coverage in your area in which you'd be using it most, then this is an okay deal, though I'd suggest upping the anty a bit and going for the next data cap up since this 100mb will last you less than a day when used in the average person's smartphone. Scratch that, last you less than an hour 😣
