It definitely feels clean , very similar to what they market their product - i haven't experienced bloating or digestive issues , it mixes well and has no taste of its own perfect to mix it with other drinks or even food - i personally mix a scoop with sattu powder add lemon and black salt , cumin powder and chat masala with pepper and it tastes absolutely delicious, i haven't experimented much with food like mixing it in atta to make high protein rotis but will give it a shot - i did get bored with having the same chocolate protein powder (ONN) everytime plus it had to be blended to give it a smooth taste - with whole truth i get some freedom to mix match and create high protein drinks TLDR - good protein , feels light on stomach and pocket - mixes well with food no complains would definitely recommend but not as a stand alone drink mix it with something

It's a good protein powder. I bought the unflavoured one and I've been able to make a variety of flavourful protein shakes! It's easily soluble, if you have it with milk it needs a bit of shaking. It doesn't foam in water but foams with milk (I don't mind it). It is light on the gut, I haven't felt bloated after having it. Digests easily too. It comes with a scoop inside and has a ziplock so it's very convenient that way. All in all I'm satisfied and I'll be buying this continuously.

Clean and transparent whey protein with a neutral taste, easy to mix and consume daily. Quality is excellent, though the price is slightly higher compared to similar products in the market.

This is a great clean supplement for anyone who's exercising. Nonadditives and contaminants like other whey. Rel simple true protein

Love the product, I use daily. Mixability might be an issue for some but I throw it in my overnight oats so it doesn't matter tbh No gut issues or anything. Have used it daily for years now.

Doesn’t taste great, tastes artificial

One of the best protein powders that I have had. It's so smooth and absolutely carries no additional taste of its own. It does not feel chalks and mixed very well with milk(I have had it only with milk) leaving absolutely no residue. For someone who wants an added flavour, half a banana will give you a smooth milkshake like consistency. The 26g per scoop protein does help in my daily protein requirement. Love the product and it's definitely worth the buy.

It's a very clean and lite whey, i really like it and have been a frequent buyer of the unflavored version. My only complaint and the reason for giving it a 3 star is that the company has been gradually but very frequently increasing the price of the unflavored whey. I bought 1kg unflavored for 2,300/- in the month of February, then it soon got 2,400/- by mid March, bought it at that price for quite a while, the suddenly it increased to 2,500/- in May, still bought 2 packs at that price but now they have again increased it to 2,600/- in June!! These small but frequent increases in the price is a very cheap and ridiculous form of marketing. First sell such regular and flowing products at low prices to attract new buyers, and once they notice that people have started liking it then start increasing the prices. A small increase a year is reasonable, but 3 increases in a span of 6 months is a very bad marketing strategy and if it continues to sell at this price any longer then very soon I'll and i guess others too might consider switching to some other brand. Disappointed with the marketing team of the company. *Update* #1 (Mid August) - Switched to MB 100% Clean Raw Whey since June, have been paying 2,000/- during discounts or 2,375/- regular price for 1kg and 4,100/- for 2kg pack. It's 25g per scoop but totally worth the price! Mixes easily with very less, occasional bloating just like this Whole Truth concentrate. Overall it was a good switch. Would love to buy again The Whole Truth concentrate BUT ONLY when they set the prices right! *Update* #2 (1 Year) - After a year of posting this review, they have increased the price of 1kg from 2,400/- to 3,500/- !! Considerable if it had been whey isolate but that's crazy money for a whey concentrate!! One can get 2kg whey concentrate for 3,500/- fron other reputed brands as well!
