If an English movie star who is 95 says it is her favorite cookie, believe it! She knows cookies!
I have an English movie star friend. I didn't mention these cookies before I sent them to her for her birthday. She is in California, and I am in Pennsylvania. Amazon delivers them FREE the next day. She loved the British marmalade and got that present three times. These "biscuits" are her favorite cookies! And that London Bus Biscuit Tin was a really wonderful gift. I called her, and she had already written me a letter. The bus is bigger than you might think.

Fun & Tasty !
I purchased our favorite Shortbread cookies in the iconic red double decker bus because our family tradition is to always take a hop-on hop-off tour of the city on our first day of vacation. And ANY double decker bus tour in any city reminds us of the London buses ! I ordered one for each of my boys to have in their own homes as a fun reminder. The cookies are THE BEST shortbread cookies (“biscuits”) of any others , imho. So that’s a win-win for us ! The bus top is a lid that fits snugly but not tightly, so kiddos could use it to store matchbox cars or crayons or any other group/collection …. And adults can too ! One of my sons has it on his dresser to toss change into & the other has it in his kitchen as the “hidey hole” for his measuring cups & spoons to keep them handy for his bread making/ baking days ;) I keep mine in my kitchen to keep my cookies in, so I always know where the shortbread is 😂

The shortbread is always good from Walker's
I'm a sucker for these specialty tins from Walker's, and this double decker bus was no exception. Inside were plenty of shortbread cookies, though as I write that I asked myself - is it really plenty? I always end up wanting more than I bought! The quality and freshness are always there. These are crunchy but not too crisps. I'm sure there are lots of uses for these, but mine are usually limited to eating them straight or dunking them in some tea.

What the listing doesn’t tell you is that the bus tin is: The tin is 9” long x 5”high. The finger cookies are the MINIATURE not the full size, and comes in 2 bags inside the tin. Still, I mostly wanted it for the tin.

Buy it for the container the shortbread is good, but there’s not much of it
