This product works really well. I use this along with ashwagandha and shilajit. I would recommend it.

I’ve been taking supplements for years. I know that it is an admittance of my diet not being what it should be, but I don’t see I how to get everything I need. So I view supplements as a necessary evil. Antioxidants are great, I’m always wanting to add more of these. I am using this to assist with blood pressure & menopausal symptoms. Just so you know, this review is from an impartial opinion. Amazon sent this product to me to review, so you know this is an unbiased review. I got this to help the gym routine. Gokshura is another name for Tribulus terrestris, as we know it here. It did it's job, and boosted performance for me. There are other properties that it assists in as well. The dosage is 2 capsules before a meal. That works because I don't eat before my workout, just after. So far, all is well. Nothing to note, just keep with the dosage and you should be fine. Currently priced at $16.95 for 90 caps, which gives you about 45 days dosage. Enough to kickstart your routine. Decent price considering the cost of some name brands.

I initially got this product for dizziness caused by a headache medication. Since this is also used to treat headaches and to help lower blood sugar levels to boot, it seemed like a good fit for me. I knew that it had been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for centuries but I was surprised to find that Gokhru, aka Gokhshura or Tribulus Terrestris, is taken for many other uses including as an anti-oxidant, as an anti-bacterial, as a diuretic, as a demulcent, for pain relief, for lowering blood pressure, for treating kidney stones, for treating premature ejaculation and spermatorrhoea, and as well as for women’s health including increasing libido, menopausal symptoms and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). None of these uses are approved by the FDA. Of course, don’t base your decision to take a product on the description and somebody’s review. Do your own research to see if this product sounds like a good fit for your individual circumstances. And as always, consult with your physician if you are taking any medications. That said, with all of the benefits I see in this supplement, I would want an explanation from my doctor as to why it was not a good fit! Made in India. Claims to be cGMP (certified). I am learning about herbs and plant medicine and wanted to try this for kidney and urinary health. These capsules are easy to swallow with liquid and don't have any flavor or odor that I've detected. The bottle is opaque and was sealed internally and externally to indicate no tampering. I appreciate that the capsules don't have fillers - a rare find it seems. The price for a 45-day supply (if you follow the dosing recommendation on the bottle) feels fair.
