Homey Pro Ethernet Adapter - Compatible with Homey Pro (2026 & Early 2023)

Where to begin? Over the years, I’ve experimented with tons of home automation hardware, dabbling in technologies like Z-Wave, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and Matter. This device brings it all together seamlessly. It just works. Before purchasing the Homey Pro, I did extensive research to ensure compatibility with my existing devices. To my surprise, setting everything up was incredibly straightforward, and adding all my devices to Homey Pro was a breeze. Even my wife, who used to shy away from automation, has become a pro herself, enthusiastically creating her own flows. To add, I purchased the Ethernet adapter, which has significantly improved the stability of my connection. I also 3D printed a transparent wall mount that looks fantastic behind my TV, keeping everything neat and out of sight while maintaining excellent performance. I can’t recommend this product enough. Take the time to do your research to confirm that all your devices are compatible, and you won’t be disappointed. One thing to note: while the forums can be helpful, the experience has been hit-or-miss for me. Many of the active users are based in Germany, which means you might find yourself using Google Translate to understand some of the discussions. If you’re not up for that, you might want to think twice. Overall, the Homey Pro has exceeded my expectations and revolutionized my home automation experience.

Did what it was supposed to do with no problems. Full disclosure: I returned it as I had no need for it after returning the Homey Pro for being impossible to set up.

I loved my Homey Pro, but I noticed in my first few weeks of ownership it kept getting disconnected. So I bought this. Logically I would've assumed that this plugs into the device itself, but as it turns out it was supposed to be plug into the power brick and then connect a cable into the hub. Since installing this, my Homey has not gone offline. It's a shame though you have to buy a $30 accessory for a $300 hub.

Si vas a comprar un Homey tambien debes de incluir este adaptador para tu presupuesto porque es algo necesario porque tener todo WiFi no es recomendable como dice la IA. Te lo recomiendo y funciona a la perfeccion

Works great. Just be sure to follow instructions as to which is the USB-C power and which is USB-C ethernet

Gives you a direct connect to the network without having to go Wi-Fi. Make sure you read the instructions while you’re installing it so you don’t install it backwards

Seems to be good quality, easy to fit and it does the required job but, like most Homey items, a little expensive.

A little pricey

Works as expected. However, be sure to check the wiring diagram as it is easy to connect incorrectly.
