I take a lot of supplements but few have such a noticeable impact as this one. My menstrual cramps are markedly milder since I started taking this supplement. Nothing else has worked to reduce cramping as well as this. I don’t know that that is its primary intended purpose but it’s the most striking benefit in my personal experience.

Sounds crazy to me, but I have only been taking this for 20 days and first noticeable difference was that I wasn’t easily triggered. I was able to control my feeling of anger. My hair feels thicker at the roots. I feel more in balance, even my resting heart rate lowered. My husband was thankful I was feeling better as well. I was very hot and cold before, now I found myself saying yes more and not being so “tired” when he would inquire. Now, when I try new products, I make sure to try them with now simultaneous new changes, I want to see if they really work for me. Real Hormore Balance really did. The powder tastes slightly sweet, so you could easily take this with straight water. Overall, a definite must have for me.

Oddly enough helped stop my anxiety attacks after about a month just an added bonus. I used this postpartum and I did start to feel better when stressful events happen. Meaning I could handle them better without suffering a late night panic attack but a good month of use was needed to feel the effects for me.

This was a good starter Inositol supplement. It does not taste like anything in coffee or water. As someone with PCOS, I noticed this helped hunger/sugar cravings go down. I noticed I wouldn't feel as hungry as I typically would during the day. Other than that, I can't say anything about cycle regularity because haven't had a cycle on it yet. But not bad, I will be continuing onto another brand thats 4 grams of Inositol after I finish this. (this one is only 2.2 grams in 1 scoop) Which is why I think this is a good starter supplement, but now I think I can take more in my supplement.

Haven’t seen a crazy improvement since taking it. Keep in mind I’ve gone through 12 of these and noticed a slight difference since taking it as opposed to not. Overall it’s a nice supplement but I feel as though there are better ones out there. This one is fine considering the price but would say do your research.

Couldn’t really tell a difference the powder really settles and barely much in it

I've been using this for almost a year now, and only in the last few months have i noticed a difference, so it did take some time for me, if it's this helping at all, who knows. It dissolves into most things, it isn't terrible when it doesn't, not much taste to it. My biggest beef with it is that it's suppose to be a 30 day supply, but i'm always scrounging at the end, rationing to make it last the full 30 days. Sometimes it works, but other times i run out a couple days before the next one arrives (i do a subscription). Cancelled my subscription and looking for an alternative.
