Does this blend have sunflower seeds? I am trying to find a blend without s.seeds. They are not healthy for any type of bird on a reg basis

The F.M. Brown's Tropical Carnival Gourmet Bird Food does contain sunflower seeds which are high in fat and protein, extremely delectable, and provide maximum nutritional value. Tropical Carnival® is a natural, vitamin-nutrient-fortified daily diet. FM Brown's foods are approved by a leading veterinarian in the pet food industry. Tropical Carnival Gourmet Small Hookbill Food is formulated for optimum parrot nutrition and sunflower seeds are perfectly healthy as long as they’re consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

Does this blend have pasta in it. My Amazon loves pasta for a treat.

Honestly, I don't remember. But there's pasta in the picture on the bag and it's a very good mix, especially for the price. You can always buy a small box of pasta and throw a few in. My bird and my boarders love cooked pasta too.
