I live with fibromyalgia and it can be quite crippling most of the time. My joints flare up or ache and can feel misaligned - especially my knees. For years I used to suffer and put up with the extreme pain but since investing in k tape and this brand in particular I can tape myself up and get on with life - school run, woodlands walks, holiday adventures etc I am really petite and each taping lasts about 3-4 days so a roll can last 4 months on me but I think on a taller person maybe 1-2 months? It’s been a lifesaver on holidays and I’ve even taped up family members who have twisted this and pulled that. I like to use black and pink as the beige skin colour option can get manky after a day. I advise watching tutorials on how to use this properly. I’ve only ever ripped my skin once on the tape because I had pulled the middle section of the tape too tightly.

Great product. Used to protect my knee while walking as I have a torn meniscus and waiting for treatment. It seemed to be much easier to cut into strips and round the edges. It stuck well and stayed in place for 4 days. It felt comfortable and I didn’t worry about it rubbing against clothing. It felt much lighter than previous products used. I showered with it in place and it was fine. No strings hanging off like with previous products either. Much better than previous tape used which came off almost immediately. Left a lot of sticky residue when I did come to take it off but nothing that wouldn’t come off with soap and water. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Cercavo un'alternativa più economica al classico Leukotape e questo nastro kinesiologico mi ha sorpreso. Lo uso per prevenire le vesciche nello scialpinismo, applicandolo sulle zone laterali delle caviglie e sui talloni. Rispetto al Leukotape é molto più elastico e quindi "accompagna" meglio il movimento del tendine d'Achille e dei malleoli senza "tirare" la pelle. Ottima anche la colla: resiste a giornate intere di attività e a diverse docce senza staccarsi. Consiglio: per far sì che il nastro resista ancora meglio allo sfregamento dentro lo scarpone e alle docce, ricordatevi di arrotondare gli angoli con le forbici prima di applicarlo. In questo modo le punte non si sollevano e il nastro rimane "saldato" alla pelle per giorni.
