Beautiful and Comprehensive Selection of Classical Horror
Beautiful and exquisitely detailed set of classic horror literature! I bought this after seeing a very similar set at Cracker Barrel for $20 more. And I actually like this version better - it’s more colorful! There’s a little bit of redundancy between “Classic Horror Tales” and “Selected Works of Edgar Allen Poe” - 3 of his greatest hits are included in both collections. I just wish there was a little more Lovecraft (only 2 short stories in “Classic Horror Tales”)! The external page faces have been stamped with a purple and green classical horror motif, the spines have a different pattern and red foil letters, and the covers have been stamped with words excerpts from each book as well as the title in red foil. This set is beautiful from all angles, no matter how you want to display it.

Very nice books, better than I thought!!
I really can't say how well they will hold up, but these will mostly likely get read through 2-3 times each at most, so feel they will be good for that. They look very cool on the shelf, I took them out of the cheesy cardboard display.....they are very soft, durable covers, great design and artwork. Can't wait to get reading some of these classics I've always wanted to! My only minor complaint is that the Poe book is much lighter that the others, doesn't quite blend as well, but very cool cover as well, and for the price, very happy overall.

Impressive
These will make a great piece for my daughter's book collection. The covers are designed exceptionally well. The titles chosen for the collection were perfect. We'll worth the money.

I love the cover designs of Cloud Classics, and have been wanting to get my hands on this set for a while. Great selection of works printed on high quality paper, and spines look amazing together. Can’t wait to read them all!
