I usually don't trust the hype, but this one actually makes sense.
Iโll be honest, I bought this mostly because I couldnโt escape the noise about it. Everywhere I looked, people were talking about Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa. As a guy who collects action figures and loves finding hidden gems, I usually stay away from the "viral" stuff because, let's be real, hype doesn't always equal quality. Everyone has a different nose, and half the time, these "must-have" colognes end up smelling generic or just weird on me. But I took the risk on this 3.4 oz bottle, and for once, Iโm glad I did. The Scent & Sweetness: First off, the "Qahwa" part is the key here. It adds this roasted coffee vibe that cuts through the sugar. It is definitely sweetโdon't get me wrongโbut itโs a warm, spicy sweetness, not a candy-shop mess. You get hit with that cinnamon and vanilla immediately, but it feels cozy, almost like walking into a really nice bakery in the winter. It has a high-quality richness that I honestly didn't expect for the price. Wearability & Freshness: I was worried it would be too heavy or cloying, but it has a surprising wearability. It settles down nicely. Itโs not "fresh" like a blue aquatic sport cologne; itโs fresh in the sense that it doesn't smell stale or old. It smells crisp, like cold air mixed with warm spices. I feel comfortable wearing this just hanging out watching movies or going out. Length & Quality: The longevity is legitimate. I sprayed this on in the morning, went about my day listening to music and running errands, and I could still smell that warm vanilla-spiced bubble around me late into the afternoon. It projects, so you don't need to bathe in it. The Khamrah Family: Original vs. Qahwa vs. Dukhan If you are confused about the different versions, here is my take as a regular guy trying to figure this out: The Original Khamrah: This one is super popular, but for me, itโs a bit too focused on the dates and sugar. Itโs good, but Qahwa feels more "complete" because of the coffee note. Khamrah Dukhan: Iโve heard about this one being the "smoky" cousin. If Qahwa is a warm latte, Dukhan is supposed to be darker and ashier. Personally, I think Qahwa sits in the perfect middle groundโnot too dark, not too sickly sweet. Verdict I am socially awkward and usually don't like drawing bad attention to myself with weird smells, but this makes me feel nice and put-together. Itโs comforting. If you are skeptical like I was, Iโd say this is one of the few times the internet got it right. Itโs a supportive, warm scent that just works.

Which Khamrah should you get? Original? Qahwa or Dukhan?
Khamrah has been hyped for years now, but is it really worth the attention? Here are some of my thoughts based on my experience with the Original Khamrah, Khamrah Qahwa, and the newest release, Dukhan. Hopefully, this helps you decide which one might suit youโor if youโd rather skip them altogether. Original Khamrah: Personally, I didnโt enjoy this one. To me, it smells like a wax candle you'd find in a church or something from Yankee Candle (though I canโt pinpoint the exact scent). Itโs extremely sweet and very boozy. This is a definite winter fragrance and while it does smell high quality, itโs just not my style. I usually avoid overly sweet scents. However, I can see the appealโif you enjoy strong, sweet, and boozy fragrances or like that church candle vibe, youโll probably appreciate this. For under $30, it smells far more expensive than it is. Some people compare it to Angelโs Share by Kilian, and while I donโt think they smell exactly the same, they do share a similar DNA. Both lean toward a boozy, cinnamon-heavy profile. However, the execution is different enough that I wouldnโt call Khamrah a direct dupe. If you're familiar with Angelโs Share, youโll recognize some of the elements, but Khamrah takes its own path. Khamrah Qahwa: This is where the magic happens. If you didnโt enjoy the Original due to its overwhelming sweetness and you like coffee notes, this is the one to try. It tones down the sweetness of the Original and introduces a smooth coffee scent that blends beautifully. That waxy candle smell is gone, replaced by something richer and more mature. It leans boozy and sophisticatedโperfect for men over 30 or anyone with a more refined style. I personally enjoy Khamrah Qahwa far more than the Original in every aspect. Itโs not trying to copy any niche or designer fragrance, but it stands strong on its own as a very well-blended scent. At around $25, itโs an incredible value and smells like something much more luxurious. Dukhan: The newest release comes in at about $20 more than the others, but when I first smelled it, it immediately reminded me of the Original Khamrah. Itโs like a toned-down version of the Original with a subtle hint of spice. Not drastically different, but enough to notice. It still carries that candle-like vibe, just less sweet. If the Original gave you a headache, this one might be more tolerable. Itโs still boozy and sweet, but slightly more balanced. Iโd say itโs a more wearable option if you're curious about the Khamrah DNA but want something less intense. Final thoughts: Everyoneโs nose is different, and we all have unique scent preferences. As a small fragrance collector with around 50 bottles, including both UAE and designer brands, my clear favorite is Khamrah Qahwa. It strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth, with that standout coffee note that I absolutely love. I picked it up for $25, and itโs also available at Burlington for about $35. Itโs ideal for cold weather, date nights, or any winter occasion where you want to smell refined without overspending. If you're just looking for a safe blind buy or something more universally appealing, Khamrah Qahwa is the way to go, especially for men over 30 or those with a mature style. If youโre curious about the Original or Dukhan, Iโd recommend Dukhan since it offers a similar scent but is a little more toned down. That said, Iโd wait for the price to drop below $30. If youโre into very sweet, loud, boozy, and cinnamony scents, the Original might be for you. I hope this helps you choose the right Khamrah for your collection.

Perfect warm, cozy, intimate scent for fall/winter!
TL;dr: Buy this now! Iโm a fragrance girlie and quite a collector. However, this is my first purchase of a Middle Eastern brand. It was also a blind buy for myself as a Christmas present. Shipping: It arrived very quickly, on time, and in great condition, so if youโre needing a gift for someone, this is a reliable seller. I didnโt need customer service support at all. Packaging: Wow! Just wow! The perfume bottle box is high-quality, thick material and quite large. I was incredibly impressed when I took it out of the Amazon box. It looks very high end, unlike the cheapie boxes most American and European perfumes use. Bottle: The perfume bottle is also impressive and hefty in weight. Itโs beautiful, very akin to the bottle for Angelโs Shade by Killian, except boxy on bottom. The lid looks like glass, but I think itโs good quality plastic. However, I canโt be sure. It looks just like the bottle, but a little lighter weight. The bottle itself is glass. It reminds me of a glass liquor decanter. Scent: Itโs a very beautiful, complex, wintry scent that immediately feels like wearing a cozy sweater while a holiday candle wafts around the room as you read a book in the glow of the Christmas tree lights, sipping cinnamon apple cider while snow falls gently outside. Itโs a cozy, intimate, familiar hug in a bottle Youโre definitely only going to want to wear this in the fall/winter months. If I had to give a simple description, it would be a smooth spiced vanilla dancing around a woody base. Itโs fantastic right out of the bottle on arrival, but if you leave it in a cold, dark place and allow it to macerate for about a month, the vanilla becomes more prominent and the whole scent smells even better. This is especially true if you arenโt quite sure of how you feel about it on arrival. Give it a few sprays, then allow it to macerate, and try it again. You wonโt be sorry! The closest other scent I can compare this to would be Killianโs Angel Share, which I love, but I find it quite cloying. I actually love this bottle of Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa so much more than Angelโs Share, and itโs significantly easier on my bank account! It is a unisex scent that leans more feminine due to the sweet vanillaโs prominence tempering the spices and woodiness. My personal body chemistry brings this out more, I think. HOWEVER, men, donโt shy away from this! It isnโt overly feminine at all, and certainly not a floral by any means. I tried it on my boyfriend, dad, and mom, too. When smelling it on my boyfriend and dad, I smell more of the soft spiciness and wood. The vanilla is just there to prevent the spices from being overwhelming, I think. My boyfriend and dad both were willing to try it, and they are more masculine-leaning men, one being in the military and the other being a grumpy boomer, lol. My boyfriend liked it a lot and sprayed more on himself to go to our family Christmas events. My dad said cologne in general is not his cup of tea, but he did enjoy the scent. When asked, neither thought it was too feminine. My mom loves perfume, and she really loved the scent of Khamrah Qawah, too. She likewise wanted to wear it to our holiday events. She said smells warm, inviting, comforting, and familiar, although she couldnโt put her finger on why. Itโs not a clean scent. Projection and sillage: Whew! This is some strong, concentrated stuff! I sprayed one spray on my wrist and one on my clothes, and my parents could both easily smell it across the room. I canโt really evaluate the sillage yet, but from its ability to project, I assume the sillage is also good. The strength reminds me of Tom Fordโs Black Orchid. Other recommendations: This smells great when layered on top of EOS Vanilla Cashmere or Palmerโs Tahitian Vanilla lotion. Pairing it with Palmerโs Brazilian Coco Cream body butter is also good, although a bit too much. The Brazilian Coco Cream is a great dupe for the more expensive Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream, btw. Overall Recommendation: If youโre looking for the perfect cozy perfume/cologne to wear for the fall and winter months, buy this now! You wonโt regret it!

Great winter Fragrances!
Presentation (First Look!) For the price, the presentation is crazy. The box feels way nicer than it should, and the bottle gives me old-school brandy glass vibes. Super display-worthy. It's funny, I feel like I'm holding an old glass from the '60s! Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa wear test (First Sniff! ) From the first sniff, this one definitely gives me a sweet, cozy, and holiday-ready gourmand. I get some coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and this praline-like sweetness that makes me keep sniffing my wrist. Then, as I continue to smell more, I get a warm, spicy, and honestly kind of addictive smell. It feels built for cool weather, and I can see it really flourishing during the fall/winter, especially around the holidays. Great for holiday gatherings, nights out, and date night when you want something cozy but still noticeable. If you donโt like sweet gourmands, this is not the โsafeโ blind buy. Listed notes Top: Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger Heart: Praline, Candied Fruits, White Flowers Base: Vanilla, Coffee, Tonka Bean, Benzoin, Musk Performance (on me) Iโm getting around 12 hours on skin and on clothes (Jacket a couple of days!). Maybe a little of. Projection is strong, about a 2 ft bubble for 3+ hours before it starts calming down. Sillage is strong, people definitely notice while I walk by. Pros The coffee + vanilla + cinnamon combo is pretty addictive and instantly gives cozy holiday vibes. Performance is legit for the price. Cons I don't have any dislikes or cons about this fragrance! When Iโd wear it Fall/winter for sure, and cold nights in early spring. Iโd avoid heat unless you go super light. I could see myself reaching for this for a date night, night out, or holiday gathering! Overall For under $30, this feels like a steal! This could become a unisex fragrance to me. If you like sweet, cozy gourmands and want something for holidays, date nights, or going out at night, itโs an easy recommendation. Rating: 5/5

Deliciously Addictive, A Soft Gourmand with Moderate Strength
I was excited to try Lattafaโs Khamrah Qahwa, especially after seeing so many rave reviews, and while the scent is truly beautiful, it didnโt perform quite as beastly as I expected. The fragrance itself is divine imagine warm spiced coffee with a swirl of cinnamon and creamy vanilla. Itโs comforting, sweet, and cozy, like a hug in a mug. If you love gourmands, this one absolutely hits the right notes. Strength Moderate. It creates a soft bubble around you for the first 1โ2 hours. Not a room-filler, but noticeable within personal space. Effectiveness (Longevity): I get around 4โ5 hours of noticeable scent, then it fades to a skin scent. Some notes linger lightly on fabric, but donโt expect it to last all day. The scent is elegant and comforting, perfect for cooler months or evening wear. Itโs sensual without being too loud, and surprisingly unisex. Overall, Khamrah Qahwa is a gorgeous scent, especially at this price point, but donโt expect nuclear performance. If you love the smell of sweet coffee and subtle spice, itโs still 100% worth adding to your collection.

Absolute beast mode and super underrated
I usually donโt even do reviews but I had to for this one. Honestly the packaging is insane it feels like I bought a $200 luxury cologne with how heavy the bottle is and how the box looks on my counter. The smell is phenomenal because itโs got that sweet vanilla vibe that makes people want to get close but that dark coffee and spice kick keeps it smelling like a man too. This stuff is super underrated and absolute beast mode for real. I put on a few sprays and it easily lasted over 12 hours on my skin and I could still smell it on my clothes the next day. If you want something that makes people stop and say damn you smell good without smelling like every other guy out there you need to grab this. Itโs an absolute steal for under 30 bucks.

Absolutely love the smell of this. Definitely a great winter fragrance or for an evening trip to your local coffee shop. Sweet smelling but still masculine. This is pure sex in a bottle.

An Oud and Coffee Composition That Belongs in Any Serious Collection
Lattafa has been one of the most reliably impressive houses in the accessible luxury fragrance space and Khamrah Qahwa represents one of their most distinctive and accomplished compositions in recent memory. Pros: The coffee and oud accord at the opening is genuinely sophisticated warm, roasted, and complex without the sharp synthetic edge that undermines cheaper interpretations of this note combination. The coffee element is realistic and nuanced rather than the generic sweet-coffee of lesser compositions, layering beautifully with the woody oud base that grounds the fragrance and prevents it from reading as a novelty. Sillage in the first three hours is bold and presence-commanding without being inconsiderate this is a fragrance that announces itself with confidence and then settles into a close, intimate wear that rewards proximity. Longevity on skin consistently exceeds eight hours with meaningful projection for the first four. The unisex positioning is authentic this works equally well across gender presentations. Cons: The opening intensity is genuinely strong and may be overwhelming in enclosed spaces or professional environments where fragrance discretion is expected this is a statement fragrance that earns its wear occasions. The amber-sweet base in the later dry-down, while pleasant, runs slightly more generic than the spectacular opening complexity promises.
