Reflo RFL-003 Unisex Tumblers with Nozzle

These cups are extremely easy to use for my son, he’s 15 and has cerebral palsy so his orofacial muscles and swallowing reflex aren’t as strong as an able bodied person. These cups are perfect because they don’t ‘look’ babyish, they can be used with or without the insert in case he has a milkshake and needs a straw (the milkshake is too thick for the insert). They are a little pricey but unfortunately many things are which are for people with disabilities. But they’re totally worth it, I have bought several sets of these cups over the past 3-4 years not because they’ve broken but so that we have enough and so that we can leave one at the houses of friends/family so we don’t always need to take one. I’m really happy with the quality and just everything about them.

These cups were just what I was looking for. I do feel that they are overpriced for what they are though.

First of all, this is a brilliant idea, executed really well. However it's questionable whether or not the price is worth it.This cup teachers toddlers how to drink from an open top glass/cup, it releases a steady amount of liquid allowing the toddler to take their time and figure it out. Do not expect this to be spill free, when held at an angle the liquid will pour relatively freely, however this is also a valuable lesson for kids to learn. If you knock the glass over the drink will spill.My son picked it up pretty much immediately and can now drink a full cup with almost no spillage at all, this is after a week of use.Unfortunately the cup scratches easily due to the type of plastic it's made from, so expect teeth marks after a few uses.I'm not sure if there are cheaper alternatives to this product, I couldn't find any in my search. Overall for the purpose the cup is designed it is flawless, well constructed and well presented. The only downside for me is the cost of the cup, ideally you would want a couple to use in rotation but at nearly £20 each this seems unreasonable.

I cannot rate this cup enough as I am beyond pleased with this item. My son was always picking gup cups to drink from, but was always tipping it down himself. He's 18 months. Now he happily drinks what he needs and puts the cup down, then carries on with what he was doing.

Good for learning toddlers , stops them getting soaking wet!

Product was recommended to us and my son loved them initially, a great training cup. However very disappointed to say that both have broken after two months. Like most children my son was biting round the edge when drinking and as a result both have ‘shattered’ - the first one in his mouth.

Love love love it!!!! my lo learned to drink from the cup by herself...only one downside is the flooding if she drops it but it would happen with a normal cup too...

Es una muy buena idea para darles autonomía pero me parece un precio demasiado excesivo. Si tu hijo es algo ágil con las manos en el primer momento va a sacar la tapa, hay que estar pendientes

Great cup for a toddler and training usage of this kind of cups, my kid love it since its easy to use and still is one of their favorites but after one year she now uses this without the lid. You have to push hard the lid so your toddler will not be strong enough to remove it and also it won't fall apart if cup fells from a regular size table, it is not leak proof but the lid if placed correctly will not allow to spill all its contents if drop. If you have long nails it may get difficult for you to remove the lid since it get a good grip and you won't have much clearance to remove it, but I consider the good grip a good thing. Its easy to clean with no areas being difficult to reach. The size is perfect for a kid while I would never fill it complete at the beginning while getting use to. I bought the transparent color one but I think any other color would also good look next time.

These are great cups for my son who has a disability. He can drink from a normalLooking cup really easily. We liked the style so much we bought this 4 pack so he can use them regularly. Tip - handwashing makes them last longer.
