So I actually bought this as a present for a friend but decided to start taking it myself. So far I’d give it 5 stars, I’m feeling much more calm, my hot flushes and night sweats are improving , my friends say I’m less irritable and I’m sleeping a lot better. I’m VERY hopeful that I can manage my symptoms on this for the next few months without needing to take hormone replacement therapy.

I got these after reading about Esme in a number of magazines, and thought they would be a helpful source of vitamins for the menopause. I am impressed with the number of ingredients, and especially as they contain products which are mentioned as being beneficial to the menopause, such as red clover, Siberian ginseng, ashwagandha, sage and ginkgo biloba. They also have a great mix of other essential vitamins, eg B6, zinc, magnesium to help with bone strength. The pack came presented in its own Esme box, and I was impressed with the long expiry date of July 2025. The pack of 60 capsules will last one month – you take 2 capsules a day. At the current price of £25.99 they are not cheap, but I am reassured by the reputation of the company, and the fact that they are manufactured in the UK. Time will tell if they are beneficial.

After taking for 2 weeks my hot sweats disappeared. Energy levels have increased and I feel like my old self. If I forget to take them one day the symptoms come back so they definitely work.

Been taking these for a few weeks now, I must say I'm sleeping better but have started been very weepy since taking the tablets. Not sure if this a coincidence. They do help with the hot sweats.

I have been feeling a lot more balanced since taking this product and simple as it has all the supplements in one.

I tried many different vitamins ,but this ones is the best. I feeling much better.

I started using these a several months ago to see if it could balance out my mood swings and low energy levels. They worked SO well. If I miss them for a few days in a row, I know it. I am so much more anxious without them. I’m only 43 so I don’t really have hot flashes yet, so I can’t vouch for that aspect. My energy levels improved quite a bit when I first started taking them, but now that I’ve been on them for a while I don’t feel the increased energy anymore. There is no real scent or flavor, slightly tastes like cardboard but nothing gaggy like other supplements.

So far it's working for all my perimenopause symptoms.

Excellent! Would definitely recommend for blend of ingredients that help with sleep quality and mood.

Didn’t help any of my peri menopause symptoms. Especially my hot flashes! And been taking for 2 months now. Not worth it!

I just started taking these, so I'm not sure if they work for hot flashes/night sweats yet. I will update after a month of use
