A must have for even baking
This does a fabulous job at ensuring your large sheet cakes or deep pan cakes bake evenly. I use this in a half sheet pan very often and it works flawlessly. This also works great in deeply molded pans such as a dome mold. This is a must have if you bake!

Great bakers trick
As a amateur baker my tall cakes used to have either raw-ish middle, or burnt edges. No more. This little addition to bake pan distributes heat evenly at the center, does not deform the cake, and the hole from it is tiny. Wish I knew about it earlier!
