The BEST adult diaper for my disabled mother
These are the ONLY diapers my mom can wear. She's totally disabled & cannot walk. These diapers are super absorbent, comfortable & don't irritate her. A must have for the elderly incontinent.

very absorbent
I have tried almost all brands of tab style underwear for my husband. He is not mobile, sits in a wheelchair all day, and has bladder problems. These fit very well...they may seem too wide at first glance, but if you are looking for protection you need a wider absorbent area, and these do the job. They hold a whole days worth of liquid, a day being 8am to 8pm, the fabric is non irritating and breathes well. I think these are the best daytime underwear on the market and worth the money. I buy the Xl for a 200 pound person.

good value; holds a lot of liquid
This Medline Overnight brief is a better value than the one that we use during the day, the Medline Restore brief. It holds a lot of liquid, and lasts well over 10 hours for my wife. This Overnight brief is a little bulky, but not noticeably so for her at night, and doesn't interfere with her sleep. The Restore brief is noticeably less bulky, and is her preference during the day. But the Restore brief does not hold anywhere as much liquid as the Overnight brief does.Better quality than the ones that I tried on an emergency basis at the local stores.

I wish I found these sooner!
As a parent of a grown special needs child, I wish I found these eons ago. Our child holds her bladder almost all day, resulting in huge floods that our old diapers (various brands and absorbencies) could NEVER hold or absorb fast enough. This has resulted in over a decade of money spent on carpet shampooers, rugs, carpets (yes, entire rooms), clothes, detergents, diapers, mattresses and mattress pads, inconvenient waterproof play mats (she moves around enough that chucks don’t work, she just scoots right off of them because she doesn’t like sitting on them), and years of frustration. Godsend. The only things I think may be a concern are:They have a lower rise than comparable sized diapers. They’re definitely thicker (my child is non-ambulatory so not a big deal). The tabs are not great, pull them gently. I hope they improve them in the near future. We’ve had to MacGuyver a few that tore right off and/or didn’t stick. Nurses blew through a lot in the hospital because they’re so fragile (NOT the nurses fault), which is wasteful and annoying since they’re definitely a lot pricier than other diapers. Tabs were the only reason we’ve had tiny leaks since purchasing these diapers.

SUPERIOR QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS
Do you take care of someone who wears adult dryness products? If you do, you should try this product. The level of dryness and quality of this brand is highly superior to others I’ve bought. Pricey but worth it. Staying dry and no leakage will save you so much work in the long run. I got lucky in trying this brand. The thickness is great and the overall generous fit is highly desirable. The coverage provided gives peace of mind. I highly recommend this item.

Tape/tab closures are terrible.
I care for an adult person with disabilities who is incontinent. I have been trying different overnight tab closure diapers in search of one that is both absorbant and able to be fitted snuggly so that there isn't any leaking. This is very absorbant, but the tape closures are terrible. They are way too small (short and narrow) , not easily adjusted, difficult to "open", and rip completely off from the diaper extremely easily. They are not much more than scotch tape. Given that these diapers are on the expensive side, I would have expected much better closures.

Really handy post-ACL surgery
I bought these in preparation for my ACL surgery especially since I knew I would get my period on the same week. I needed an underwear substitute since I had to wear a full leg brace post-surgery making it very difficult to pull down shorts and underwear over it. These adult diapers with the side tabs were perfect since I could just throw them away everyday & to rip off from the side and discard. They're comfortable to wear especially during sleep & most importantly, stayed in place all night. I was even able to use long overnight pads on them to prevent further leakage. I highly recommend these to anyone undergoing any leg/knee surgery as well as tearaway shorts with side snaps to make going to the bathroom or showering easy.

Works good but a bit expensive
These work really well. Except I read a lot of reviews saying they were really large compared to other brands. These were my first purchase for my mom and I found out quickly that they are true to size for an adult diaper. So instead of buying the medium I should have gotten the large/XL. Other than that they absorb well and she didn’t have any leakage even overnight. The side tabs are better than a pull up when your having to deal with someone who is partially paralyzed.

Good absorbency but need improvement
This diaper has a good absorbency and is comfortable in the sense that its soft and breathable. However, the tapes are very fragile if you pull hard on them, they will rip. Also, the fit is very loose, a waistband elastic in the front would be a great improvement. I always wear them with underwear on top as this is the only way I found not to have the diaper become loose at night. Make this diaper plain white by removing all the purple marking on them and improve the fit (take some inspiration from the Seni Super plus) and it will become a 5 star.

Very comfortable and a great value.
These are my new go-to diapers. They are very soft, very comfortable, and not too bad for absorbency. They don't hold as much as an Abena M4 for example, but they do a better job of hiding the smell of urine, and keep my skin much drier. They do bulk up a fair amount if wet. But they are much more discreet both dry and wet when compared to an Abena M4. They are very quiet too, and don't feel damp on the outside if they are wet. I don't need the world to know that my bladder leaks, and these are a nice balance of absorbency and discretion.
