Just to let customers know this is very big and tall I'm going to say almost 2 feet tall. It has a lot of sparkles which I'm not a big fan . I'm returning it because of what I wrote above Besides that it looked like it was good quality and pretty.

It's big, gorgeous, best buy, I can't wait to display it.

Extremely late review....Bought for Daughter(ex- figure skater) & Husband for their 1st year X-Mas in 2024....I cannot personally attest as they live out of state.. but arrived no damage, everything working, no complaints of poorly painted, or musical sounds...They LOVED IT esp that it was Resin vs. Porcelain & portable due to battery operated.. They did send me a picture but I can't find it in my phone/ messages anywhere..

Very large but I was expecting that. It came packaged very well, in a large box and packed in styrofoam. Came with the right plug in adapter that I know some people mentioned it did not. The flocking on the trees does come off very easily so hence my markdown for craftsmanship, it made a mess. The music is delightful and I love the lights!! It is rather noisy mechanically, when I first turned it on it was quiet but within about 5-10 minutes it became noisy, you can hear the mechanics inside, another markdown in craftsmanship. For the price I paid for it I would expect a little better with the flocking and mechanics but overall still a great Christmas decoration!

I was really disappointed with this Christmas village. When it arrived, several pieces were missing and others were already broken. Even after trying to fix what I could, the whole thing feels very cheap and flimsy. It’s also extremely loud, which completely ruins the cozy Christmas feel. I’ve had it for a little over a year now, and it honestly hasn’t held up at all. Definitely not worth the price.

I purchased this back in December and can't wait to set it up this year for the holidays. It's larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I did receive a damaged unit. Reached out to Alpine and they were great. Asked me for photos of the damage and quickly sent out a replacement. The replacement unit works perfectly. I have bought many items from Alpine over the years and never had any issues. With this last experience, I will continue to purchase from Alpine. Thank you for the great customer service.

I was so excited to get this. I’ve always wanted a bunny village for Christmas, but the moment I opened it I was super disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. First thing I had to do was pick off a bunch of the stray hot glue strands that cross-crossed all over it. The blobs are so big on some spots that it’s very noticeable and takes away from the look. There are skiers at the top and it looks as if they are meant to move, but they don’t. The paint job is so awkward, especially on the humans, it’s a little bit creepy and the detail that the listing pictures showed is not what you get. The train kept getting stuck on the track and we couldn’t figure out why until we noticed there was a piece of the cave jutting out on the left that was catching the train carts and we had to break it off for it to work. The big fluffy trees on the left have puffy snow on them that can easily fall off. My toddler reached for one and a bunch came off in her hand, so it is not safe for littles that put things in their mouth. The music is ok, although there are a couple of flat notes in some of the songs which makes me wince. The paint job on the houses is honestly the nicest of the paint job. I wish the rest of the items had that level of care and detail. The lights are pretty and lightly flicker with the music. I do like that you can have it on without the music playing if you want. Overall, I can’t decide if I want to return it. I was so hopeful and it was such a let down, but it’s still a pretty piece to have.
