Yoga Tune Up Treat While You Train Kit

I’m a Pilates instructor and a runner who one time sprained her ankle (skiing) so was advised by my Pilates instructor, to gain more mobility in my ankles to try this. I of course wanted to try the whole kit and so this was the cheapest option at the time. It is very good, but hurts like billy-oh so I don’t do it as often as I should.

Only using balls for few weeks but I can already say it's a great tool for introduction into the myofascial release therapy. Pain level dropped already in my lower back and injured shoulder. Will update in a few months as it looks to me that this system can really help to lot of people... Love it!

A good mobility and self care kit from 2 experts in the field

I am quite a posture and self-maintenance geek. I knew quite a bit about body rolling before, but this stuff brought me to the next level. I like the balls as they are not too hard and they have this grippy quality that allows you to do all those special stuff with it. I recommand.

Perfect tool!

I love this product. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. The video is very nicely done, with clear instructions and demonstrations. The hosts are friendly and engaging without being condescending or "cute". The segments are divided by section of the body, and include just enough terminology and scientific concepts so that you feel that you know what you're doing and why you're doing it. Really, the only improvement that I would like to see would be if the video had captioning. The balls are nice, too. The mesh bag is handy for storing all the smaller balls (not the big one once it's inflated), and the littler pairs come in their own bags so that you can use them in peanut-shape. Haven't had a lot of time to use everything, but I can already tell it's making a difference.

ich kann dieses set nur empfehlen, vor allendingen für diejenigen, denen die fazienrollen zu hart und oder unbehaglich sind. weiterhin kommt man mit den bällen auch an stellen, wo eine rolle schon aus größentechnischen gründen, nicht punktuell hinkommen kann.. mit der mitgelieferten dvd einfach ein guter einstieg. ich habe mir noch zusätzlich das dazugehörige buch gekauft und würde dies, gerade anfängern, empfehlen!

Die Anleitung per DVD ist auch auf Englisch sehr gut verständlich. Die Bälle sind einfach klasse, bieten unglaublich viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und haben einen super Grip. Für regelmäßige Anwendung oder auch für vereinzeltes Lösen von Verspannung einfach top. Der Preis ist es wert!

...zeichneten das aus, was ich für stolze 81€ plus geliefert bekam. Der grosse Pilatesball weist akute Lagerungsspuren auf, das Material ist leicht schmierig, scheint sich also bereits aufzulösen, ist ausserdem nach dem Füllen kein Ball, sondern ein Ei. Die Lagerungsfalten bleiben auch nach dem Füllen bestehen, lauter sichtbare Risse, die sich nicht glätten lassen durch die Luftfüllung. Auch nicht nach Tagen(des guten Willens). Ähnlich bei den Gummibällen. Erstens gibt es es akute Verschmutzungen und das Material ist am grauen Ball bereits porös, bei den grünen und blauen Bällen sind diese so lange in den Netzen gelagert worden, dass sich das Muster der Netze in die Bälle gedrückt und eingraviert hat. Vermutlich lagert dieses Bälleset seit Jahren, was den Materialien sichtbar schadet.Die Hülle der DVD ist ebenfalls eingedrückt, es wirkt, als ob dieses ganze Set aus irgend einer Ecke gezogen wurde, in der es über längere Zeit engequetscht lagerte. Gibt es dieses Set auch in Neu und in einwandfreier Qualität, welche auch eine Preis von 81€ gerechtfertigt? Wer so etwas anzubieten hat, sage bitte Bescheid. Was hier für diesen stolzen Preis geliefert wird ist geradezu beschämend. Die Materialkosten an sich dürften bei diesen Gummibällen minimal sein, dass ich für Name und Marke draufzahle,war mir bewusst, für so einen hohen Betrag erwarte ich aber Neuware und einwandfreie Qualität und nicht so ein schmierig-klebriges, eingedrücktes Produkt voller Alters-und Lagerschäden.
