I’m someone who’s always been very overweight, and had trouble losing weight despite lots of efforts. The best brand. I can feel the difference when I am consistently taking these esp right before or right after a heavy meal. I don’t wake up as bloated and its keeping the holiday weight off, while still enjoying sweets! Definitely helps stop my blood sugar from spiking. Definitely staying with this brand over others. I've been using this brand now for about 2 months, after doing a lot of research on Berberine. Absorption is key and I feel the liposomal version is typically the best. I've been taking 2 pills twice a day, separated by 6 to 8 hours. I still have some sugar in the morning with my Coffee, and in the evening a potato or bread, which does spike your glucose level but it doesnt seem to matter. In the past, it was always that sugar in my coffee or bread in the evening that did it to me. I just couldnt lose weight, but this is definitely working. Just keep in mind that you do have to pay attention to what you eat, and be realistic to try and prevent anything that has a high glycemic index. I've lost close to 15lbs in 2 months, no exercise, no real diet change. The results are definitely slow and steady. At first you notice your shirts fit you better, then you notice your pants arent so tight. Pretty exciting that a herbal remedy works this well.

It's okay. The pills are easy to swallow and there's no strange aftertaste. No side effects and they did help keep my blood pressure in check. Unfortunately It didn't help with weight loss.

I needed a jump start for my weight loss and help reduce cravings. After about a week or more I did notice a change in m appetite and cravings and it seem to help me feel less bloated. I chose this product because of the reviews and the price was very reasonable. I've used it two months straight and I've definitely noticed the difference. I also like that pills are very easy to swallow and only need to take 2 a day. I do recommend this product for a jump start to wellness and weight loss.

This was my 2nd purchase and it is a good product. Liked it being gel caps and liposmal for better absorption I only took one cap a day which made it even more affordable Went to repurchase and couldn't find it

I started taking this to replace a couple of other supplements that I was taking for pcos as well as some other thyroid issues... And it's not an immediate "Omg , my life is changed" improvement ... It's subtle ... I gradually felt less fatigued, and less abdominal pain and swelling ... Better sleep and ultimately weight loss... But I didn't really notice... Someone else did... They noticed that I looked and seemed "more alive, and less drained" a couple of weeks after I began taking it... And... Because I have sensitivity to most supplements, I was only taking half of the recommended daily dose... So with this new inspiration I jumped in with both feet..m taking the full amount... I made sure not to change anything else so I could focus on whether this really was making a difference ... And I then noticed a distinctive improvement ... Again ...
