The prongs simply don't grip food effectively—they're too weak to keep anything securely on the utensil, making it virtually useless for actual eating. We've abandoned it entirely and switched to using a standard smaller fork instead, which works perfectly. It's a shame because the flask itself is well-designed; the utensil feels like an afterthought. Overall: If you're looking for a reliable lunch flask that actually performs its primary function, this is a decent option. Just plan on providing your own cutlery—the included spork isn't worth the space it takes up.
