Mykonos Highball Glasses

Firstly these cocktail glasses arrive beautifully boxed in a Tiffany blue box, with a pink trim and gold writing , inside the glasses are well packaged and set inside pink silky cloth inserts that are made to fit the glasses exactly. The glasses them selves look stylish but not overly fussy, they have a ribbed Column detail around them and are quite light in weight. The glass is hand blown and meant to stand very low temperatures, the manufacturers say they are fine in the freezer. So they would be great for cocktails and other beverages in very hot weather. It doesn't seem to say anywhere on the box that they are dishwasher safe, so with them being made from hand blown glass as well, I have only washed them by hand as I don't want to risk breaking them, on the other hand they may be perfectly fine in the dishwasher. The glasses hold 400ml so a good size for a tall cocktail glass or just for a glass of mineral water. They are reasonably priced but look much more expensive and would make an ideal house warming gift.

When this box arrived with my Mykonos highball glasses inside, I was simply astounded at the level of packaging detail that has gone into this product. The whole box in itself is a gift. It’s so exquisitely made and put together. The packaging must cost an absolute fortune for this company to sell at this price point. I don’t know how they manage to do it. The quality of the glasses is exquisite. They are borosilicate glasses, so they can withstand high and low temperatures and are perfect for your cocktails with the girls on a very hot summer’s evening. This would make an absolutely fabulous gift. The box, as I said, is exquisite. Inside the box, there is a sort of satin inlay where the glasses are elegantly displayed. It would make a really nice gift or simply as a treat for yourself. I don’t know how they can do it at this price. It’s an absolute steal. These are truly a luxury item. I would recommend these glasses to others.

Nice glasses but nothing more. Modern styling and sets off a mojito nicely ! Comes very nicely packaged and manufacturer is very proud of their product. Apparently hand washed so should be able to use out the box. However a bit of style over substance. Made of borosilicate glass so should hold up to temperature cycles very well. But at the price these are going for you are heading for high lead content crystal. I like these but not at nearly £6 each.

Firstly, I have to talk about the packaging. It is beyond perfect! The box is extremely sturdy and the glasses are laid into soft fabric. They are so beautifully and impressively presented that you would get top marks for gifting this set of highball glasses! There are even cocktail recipes on the rear of the box. They would make a lovely gift for a house-warming party or bar lover. The glasses themselves are delicate yet sturdy. I know that sounds strange but you'll understand when you receive them! They are lightweight in the hand, which takes you by surprise, but they are so, so pretty you can't stop looking at them! Such a delight to hold and use. They hold exactly 420ml to the brim so easily hold 400ml comfortably. For the price, which is £26.99 at the time of writing, I couldn't think of a better value yet exquisitely beautiful present to give to someone! If you have a little home cocktail bar, these would be the cherry on top of the cake.

What a beautiful box - I love the presentation of this product. You get a feel for the quality of the packaging from the photos and it is then covered in a thin, protective layer of cellophane which is easily removed. It's a shame that the box is so heavily branded as I would love to reuse it (I'm certainly going to keep it as I'm sure I'll find a use eventually). Inside the lovely detail continues with a silky cushioning. The glasses themselves are a good size and shape, making them practical for lots of drinks. I like the feel of the glass in my hand although was slightly disappointed that they weren't heavier. I might buy this product to give as a gift because it looks so great but I wouldn't pay this price just to have them at home.

These highball glasses come attractively packaged in a large padded box, with the glasses nestled in foam, the bottom layer of which is covered in silky soft pink material. Four Greek-themed cocktail recipes are included on the back of the box The four glasses are identical, with sides that are about 3/4 ribbed and a standard smooth cylindrical shape at the top. Quality seems very good - as they are made from borosilicate glass, the glasses feel sturdy but lightweight. Care instructions are included but the glasses don't require any special treatment, I ran them through the dishwasher and they came out fine. With a capacity of 400ml and a stylish design these borosilicate glasses are just what I needed, I am very happy with them.

While I have a large crystal cabinet packed with some of the best crystal glasses money can buy, they simply aren’t suitable for everyday use. I do prefer a light, thinner glassware, but have burnt many times with such glassware. Most recently, I found a set I really liked, but I threw my money away. The first 2 broke after the second trip to the dishwasher when I simply lifted them out of the dishwasher. The next shattered when I was taking a spoon out of it and the spoon gently tapped the rim. The 4th in the set broke a few days later. So, I resigned myself to a much heavier and weightier glass for everyday use. They were holding up excellently, so went to order a second set, when I came across these amazing glasses. I figured the description was mostly hype, but desperate to again have a lighter glass, I decided to give them a try. The set of 4 arrived and, per other reviews, they were packaged beautifully. When I took them out of their box, I immediately figured I was doomed. They were thin and light, to the point that I figured they had to be a very high-quality plastic. But, I was wrong – they are definitely glass. I gave them about a week or two before I figured they would all be broken. Again, I was wrong. After three washings, they were all still intact and looking beautiful. But, I was still skeptical, that is until last night. Being a clumsy oaf (why I don’t use the good crystal every day) and spun around in my seat and bashed the glass with my arm. Off the table it flew and proceeded to hit the hardwood floor, bouncing three times before finally coming to rest. Afraid to look at the mess, I was ready to head off to get the broom to clean up all the tiny pieces and shards of glass. But wait – the glass didn’t break. No chips, cracks or damage of any kind. I was shocked and within 2 minutes was online to order a second set. Quite simply they exceeded even the manufacturer’s hype. Besides checking out more styles for my use, they have jumped to the top of my gift-giving list. It takes a lot to get me to write this stellar of a review, but these glasses are definitely worth it. The absolute best everyday glassware I have ever owned!

I love all of Glassique Cadeaus products. This is the third of their sets that I have bought and gifted to friends and family as a present to mark a Special occasion, like a gratulation. All of their glasses are gorgeous and of good quality. And the gift boxes are so gorgeous.

Bought three sets of glasses. Mezcal, Flamingo Collins and Mykonos. Love them all, but the Mykonos have the lowest price, only 20$. Good quality and great boxes ! Will buy Glassique Cadeau glasses again !

I love the look of these, they look very classy/stylish and they don’t break! My child literally threw one and not a single chip. They are a little smaller than I wanted them to be but I don’t mind because they’re great quality and look great. They’re very light too.
