I never leave/write reviews on here but oh my gosh BUY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! I have relatively long and medium fine arm and belly hair and this removed ALL OF IT. I will admit it does burn ever so slightly and gets a bit red but it is so worth it in my opinion. If you follow the directions it works like a charm. I’m not sure how it would affect people with more sensitive skin, but for me, I couldn’t be happier.

I expected this to be like the sandpaper type hair remover I tried in the past but re-useable and it basically is but the actual sandpaper was better (it never hurt me). - the first time I used it - the plastic felt cheap and I questioned if it was actually crystal/glass because it looks very different than my crystal nail file. I thought it said you could use anywhere but the box says no bikini area or face or other sensitive areas. So I guess just legs. I did knees down. I quickly realized you really could only comfortably stroke it one direction. It removed my light brown hair and some dead skin which made sense. Seemed to work with no problems. - second use - two weeks later and again just knees down and only used the one comfortable direction. Hair came off and so did some skin. This time I guess I didn't have the dead skin buffer I did the first time because it gave me a microscopic road burn all down my leg. It didn't hurt while I was doing it but as soon as I was done I realized. all the tiny red dots in my picture that look like shave bumps are not they are the abrasion. I had high hopes but will probably never waste my money on a product like this again. Perhaps it works better for people with thicker darker hair.

It’s like magic! I will say I learned the hard way not to use when wet, but I love this thing. It makes your skin so incredibly soft and while I usually use it right before showering and still have to shave some areas, overall it saved me so much time in shaving my legs.

This product works with multiple passes. The skin has to be dry so it is hard for me to be able to do my arm pits.

Was very excited for this product as my roommate had one from a different brand. Hers has a metal surface rather than the “crystal” surface on this item. I figured the crystal would be gentler on the skin. I bought this to use for arm hair as mine is rather thin, yet dark. The first use worked great. The hair was removed and my skin was left very soft. I tried it on my thicker leg hair and achieved the same exfoliation results, but the hair remained. After about 4 or 5 uses on my arms, I found that the “crystal” surface had dulled out. While it still removes the dead skin cells, it will no longer remove even the thinnest hair on my arms. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I bought my original one of these off of their website. I won't mention any names but it cost me $30 for the name brand one. Since times are really tight right now I have been checking the ones here out to see if they were alike & could save me some money. I did like how the name brand one preformed for me so I was skeptical but also hopeful. This did not disappoint. It preforms just as well as the $30 one so far. Cannot beat the price & performance of this particular one. I will be a repeat buyer & have turned friends onto it also.

It does take out most hairs but not all and it irritates your skin. I can’t speak for all skin types but it definitely irritated mine. It’s better than shaving lotion that’s for sure and you don’t get razor bumps but it leaves your skin soft and sensitive to alcohol and warm water. So be cautious

Yes this does remove hair. It doesn’t work well enough to be a reoccurring tool. It caused me huge huge skin damage and irritation. The hair doesn’t come off like in a shave it comes off pretty randomly and is very very under comfortable to use and I highly recommend not buying this product I now have scrapes down my leg from the tool being far to abrasive.

Used to have some "sandpaper" mitts years ago that worked in a similar way. This is much more effective and you can use it in the shower too. Need to be gentle to avoid grazing skin, and it doesn't work for all hair removal, but for lower legs it's great and gives a smoother result than shaving.

Worst product

I tried it on my arms and yes it did take the hair off but afterwards it was extremely stingy and there was a burn the next day. Then carry on a week later the burn disappears and my arms get extremely dry. I tried it on my legs and the same thing happened but this time it is extremely hard to remove the hair and you need to go over the same spots multiple times for no hairs. I wouldn’t recommend you buying this product I am very fair with my reviews but people need to see this.
