Robust Caffeine & Good Ingredients/Flavors
A cup will wake you up; a second cup keeps you alert. Follow the instructions for brewing, from 190-209*F and no longer than 4 minutes for this batch, Lion's Mane Chai. For two servings, use 2 tea bags, don't overbrew or overheat. Quality ingredients you can sweeten to taste. The instructions are in tiny white print. I had to take a photo and enlarge it.
