please love yourself and get a pair. i don't use these as my sole period protection, i love the disposable discs personally. but these allow me to NEVER worry about bleeding through. i never stress about staining clothes, or embarrassing myself. i am so so so much more comfortable and at ease because of that. they are so comfortable and i love how they fit. the bottom part is a bit bulkier than others i've had, but i don't want to wear leggings on my period anyways. i could see it looking somewhat bulkier under that but not sure that anyone would notice these are perfect because i love flowy skirts and now bonus, i have shorts to wear under them AND they'll keep me from bleeding through! this is one of the simplest mini luxuries that made a huge impact on my life. periods are bad enough. you deserve comfort and to not stress about it even more. this and a heating pad? name a better duo hope you enjoy these, get enough sleep and water, and get past your heavy flow days soon

These period undies are so incredibly comfy. I got them because traditional undies cause friction and soreness around the inner thighs near my privates. I wanted a boy shorts style since they do not cut into bikini line. I have a regular period flow, not too light or heavy. I can comfortably wear these all night with no leaks for every day of my period. When I wake up, I put them in the wash with a cold rinse 1st, then start a 2nd cycle and add soap. I definitely suggest purchasing 4+ pairs. These are so much better than pads and tampons since you don’t need to worry about chemicals. These are a great swap for a woman who is interested in swapping to holistic approaches regarding period care. Regarding size, definitely size up to extra comfort. I have a proportionate body type. I am about 200 pounds and 5’6 and I ordered 3x for extra room and they fit exactly how I hoped for.

I've been wearing these for a few months before I wanting to write this. They did take some getting use too. It's like wearing a heavy nighttime pad all day. Once I got use to them they got more comfortable. I have a very heavy flow and they work great for night time when you don't want anything else. These are also a great option to be more environmentally friendly also all the chemicals in the pad and Tampons that are going to unalive us. I use them on days that I'm not at work (because I'm too scared to wear them to work) next cycle I will start wearing them. Since using them some of my cramping has gone away from not using Tampons and pads. Definitely recommend if you menstruate. I'm only taking one star away because it does take some getting use to and on my worst heavy day I did have to change them. Sometimes it doesn't absorb the blood as fast.

These shorts are amazing! They are extremely absorbent with zero leakage. I used them for the first time on day 2 (worst day of my cycle) and had no issues. I did buy a size larger. I am usually a large but ordered up since these things often run small. These run big and have ordered a large. With all of the chemicals being found in standard menstrual methods I feel safer not using those options. If you have these in your cart buy them! If you don’t have them in your cart…get them! 🙃

Comfortable, fits good just a little bulky, runs small. Not good in warm weather. Absorbs well.

These are the worst. I bought them because the other brand I have is too pricey, but these were soooo uncomfortable. The pad part is hugeeee. I bought it for postpartum, but it just didn’t work because it was too bulky overall so it didn’t fit well.

These are really comfortable and well-sized. They work really well for light incontinence too - not just period. The waistband is soft and the panties are very stretchy. They look like shorts, and are so comfortable, not having elastic bands around the leg or waist. They're comfortable to sleep in as well. I've tried other similar products but these are the best I've found so far, and really well-priced too.

I'm still pregnant, but I plan to use these for my postpartum journey along with cloth pads that I made and a different brand of period underwear. I have not had the opportunity to test these out yet, but cleaning them in preparation of use was easy and they fit. I ordered an xl, which is my current size in pants, too. I believe I will have no trouble using alone, with a thick pad that I made or as I slim back down. If these work well I just may repurchase to have more.

These fit great! I have a heavy period, and my butt and hips are large because of Lipedema(my hips are around 55 inches, with a hanging belly too, my waist is around 36 inches.). And I do recommend them, but... I'll go over the pros and cons: PROS: -It fits great. The leg holes are loose, so no cutting off my legs circulation. -High rise waist. They sit above my belly button. -Full coverage from front to back. -Boy short fit! I love this! -They are not too thick and I've worn them under a skirt in the summer and it doesn't do any belly cutting either through the skirt(if you know what I mean). -COTTON. So much cotton, I love this, as I am sick of the other types like modal and polyester, etc. -They absorb a lot! I have a heavy cycle, and so far, for my first period, they have absorbed everything! I don't feel like I am sitting in wetness. Sometimes it can come off as damp if it's REALLY heavy and clotted, but I dab the parts with some TP and it gets rid of that dampness and I'm good to go again! CONS: -I don't know what type of TPU it is... Is it chemically bonded? Or heat bonded? If it was heat bonded, I'd bump the stars up. But I have no idea which one it is. -While it is front and back full coverage, which is great for me, I'd love to see some side coverage too, for others.

Comfortable, lightweight, they fit great but don’t show under jeans. They are good quality with decent stitching. I’ve had them months now and washed many times and they still look new. Functionally is top notch.

For winter they are fine but not for summer. They are too tick to my liking but they do the job.
