I would like to recommend this, but my husband has tennis elbow. There is a very specific spot that hurts him, and holding the "wand" in that spot hurt his other shoulder. I don't know if anyone could hold this in a single spot long enough to attain effective relief with out the shoulder holding it beginning to hurt.

I found this to be incredibly helpful and have had other friends find it made a difference! Unfortunately others seem to be finding that this deep of penetration helps, so the price is going up!

I purchased this product for the invisible light, which means that the laser type diode is very powerful, it gets near the laser equivalent power. When it gets warm in a short time this means that it is working deep. Don't be deceived by the low price. I can say that with cold laser devices the devices have surprised me with their almost miracle results. I purchased some 1.5 volts batteries (yes, not 1.2v, like the others) and the power increased. It gets hot very soon. Don't be afraid if it begins to heat, turn it off and just let it cool. After all, you don't need to treat yourself too long with cold laser devices, they work nice. Nice device to continue giving yourself the treatmens.

Can’t feel a thing even when it’s directly on my skin

I was gifted this item as part of a test. It is a surprising little device, as it actually seems to work. I had a knot in my shoulder that was not seeming to work itself out. I used this (about twice a day instead of 3 times, because I couldn’t remember) and it was almost completely gone in 3 days of use! I will be using it again. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is because it could use some indicators. Since it is near invisible light, it’s difficult to tell when it’s off (until it starts getting warm) and you can not tell at all when the battery is low (until it starts not getting as warm). This made for a slightly confusing first few uses. But it’s easy enough to figure out as well.
