I've been buying this item for nearly 30 years, and it's perfect for those days of constipation. Reliable and good value for money. It's easy to use. The bag wears out after about 6 months with little leaks, but that's not a problem.

Love this enema bag, it represents great value for money. Easy to travel with if needed and to store when not in use. Easy to hook up and fill, and the valve & tubing have never leaked. I sluice to clean in a dilution of hydrogen peroxide and leave to air dry.

I cannot take medication due to allergies so when the gut stopped functioning properly for a few days after a hard fall and then became impacted I was at a loss. But this was the solution. There are no instructions but this doesn't matter because there is a lot of online tuition. It is a simple gravity fed bowel wash, the small tapered nozzle is the one to use. Fill the bag with warm water, allow the tube to fill to expel air then close the tap. Hang the bag at chest height or higher (holding it up can be tiring). Lubricate and gently insert, open the tap and wait while gravity allows water to enter. It took me two attempts because I didn't allow enough time, but second time around I had a lie down letting the water work it's way around the bowel. I am in favour of self care whenever possible and this gave me the chance to cope with a simple problem without any fuss and without having to wait for appointments.

In general, it is a good product, but it depends on where it was produced. The ones made in Italy are of good quality, the tube is soft, the bag is a bit transparent, and the tap and cannulas are soft and easy to handle. However, the ones made in Egypt are of inferior quality. The tubing is stiff and shorter, the closure is impractical, and the cannulas are slightly different from the Italian product and can cause injury when inserted. Unfortunately, you never know what product you are getting. I wonder if the company in Italy does know about this difference in quality. Or are the ones made in Egypt even original PIC?

This is a really easy product to use. For anyone who needs to maintain a healthy colon this kit is ideal. It packs away into the original discrete package it comes in. It’s easy to keep clean and comfortable during use. I’ve used other devices similar to this in the past and can say this is of superior quality.

Works exactly as expected. Purchased for anal douching. The attachment for anal use seems rather short and I was worried that using ut might result in a very messy accident in the bathroom, so I used the longer, vaginal attachment, which made me feel more confident when using it in my back passage. NOTE, however, this item came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! I even had to look up online which attachment was which! I also found some generic instructions online. Top tips: (1) Don't be tempted to use more than one full bag of water even if you feel you can take it, as you won't be able to hold it in for the recommended 15-30 mins. (2) The water enters your body surprisingly quickly so regulate the flow into you by using the tap to stop the flow every few seconds. The water takes a few seconds to get into your large intestine after it gets into your rectum. Take your time! Easy to clean. Hygienic.

1. Make sure you use the correct screw end on the tube. If it leaks, unscrew, turn valve round and screw other side in. 2. Cleaning. I tip a tiny bit of dettol in the bag, fill up with water and let it runs through tube. I also rinse the inserted bits in diluted dettol. Then rinse out whole thing with clean plain water. 3. Drying. Unscrew and pull out att while plastic bits and hang dry near radiator. The faster it dries, less likely mould. Put it away when bone dry. 4. I lay towel down on floor, and keep towel at hand just in case 5. Be near loo!!!!!!! 6. Don’t rush. Best if you are relaxed so it feels good. 7. Might need bit lube for insertion 8. Love that it gets rid of excess gas too

La verdad me ha sorprendido para bien. Cumple su función, es fácil de usar, el sistema funciona bien, la manguera no pierde agua, solo apenas unas gotas salen del regulador donde se abre y cierra pero eso me pasó con otros modelos también. Relación calidad-precio muy bien. Lo que se podría mejorar para mayor comodidad es que la manguera sea un poco más larga ya que según donde uno lo cuelgue puede quedar un poco corta pero también te las apañas.

Es el segundo que compro, muy bien, cumple su función, resistente. lo recomiendo
