Excellent equalizer.
I read through the reviews. Some people were having trouble with this equalizer, most reported it to work very well. I'm in that camp. After connecting it up to a 4S2P Lipo that showed one of the packs in the battery was out of balance with the other packs by a fairly good margin. I connected up the equalizer and left it on for two days through mild charging and discharging from my solar panels. The cell packs all came up to with in .01 volt. I powered up some items to draw the batteries down and then recharge them. The cells on the battery that had the balance issue stayed within .03 volt of each other, and once recharged returned to .01 volt difference. Works like a champ.

Love these things!
I needed this to add to my 20s active balancer to balance my 22s LiFePo4 bank in my truck. These work great for older cells that are starting to get uneven in capacity/resistance.Wire up the plug disconnect from the balance board, test the pins with a voltmeter THEN plug it in.

Worked for 10 minutes, then burned up.
Balanced like a champ for 10 minutes after I got it installed on a 16S LiFePO4 pack. Would be a great unit, if it didn't let the smoke out and stop functioning.

So Much Better Than The Built In BMS Balance I Put These On Every Li-ion Pack I Build
You can run these in addition to the BMS balancer and they are far far superior. These should be built into every BMS and the resistor type should be outlawed.
