OK, first of all I’d like to probably state that I’m very jealous, because I ordered this specific SPF literally a week before they change the packaging and I absolutely adore the new packaging which is all pink, which is my favorite however, the one that I’m currently reviewing and have currently is the old packaging which is the aqua and pink colored packaging. I have long struggled with sunscreen. It has been the absolute bane of my existence, and for the reason of the fact that every single one of the American filters that are approved for chemical sunscreens, I am allergic, and I mean highly allergic to every single one of them, and I have tried almost every single physical sunscreen on the market and I absolutely hate physical sunscreen. I don’t know what it is about it, but I cannot stand the way it even feels on my skin much less the way that it looks so when I saw this one and I started reading on it because I’m so allergic to I have to read on sunscreens before I can even think about purchasing them lol… I was like yes this appears to have some pretty amazing filters in it. This might be the answer to all of my problems because I am fair skinned naturally and I have to wear sunscreen and I have to be religious about it. Sunscreen is also the most important thing to me. It’s such a twisted and ironic experience discussing this whole sunscreen Thing. This stuff came in extremely quickly, which I was so grateful for because I had been wearing a physical sunscreen prior to that along with one of my tried and true, which is the Nivea UV super war sun gel however that one does sort of sting my eyes so I have to wear a physical one around my eye area anyways back to this one I received it. I immediately put it on my skin. The first thing I noticed is, I could rub it all over my face, even on top of my eyes while they’re closed and nothing burns. I have no rashes. I have no breakouts. I have no allergic reactions in my eyes do not sting even slightly!! My mind was blown! So if you have the same problems as me number one please keep all of that in mind. This stuff is awesome for us folks out there that are allergic. Secondly, for the people who experienced ice stinging please run don’t walk go get this you won’t regret it so even more than that I put it on directly before my makeup and I obviously let it set the 20 minutes it needs to set to become waterproof and everything else as sunscreen‘s require, and once I do that, I apply my makeup over top of it. So if you’re looking for sunscreen that lays down perfectly under your makeup, ensuring that you don’t even need a daytime moisturizer because it’s so moisturizing but not greasy it leaves your skin luminous and Dewey but not greasy looking or feeling and if you’re looking for a sunscreen that’s super easy to apply that doesn’t have the typical eye stinging or eye burning associated with it or allergic reactions or if you’re looking for a sunscreen that’s waterproof which is hard to find for facial sunscreens look no further this stuff is everything and all, and even more and to top it all off and makes an excellent primer for my 40+ skin before makeup because it does leave that slight doing this so after I let it set for the adequate amount of time which we’re all supposed to be doing which is like 15 to 20 minutes, I put my makeup over top of it and it’s Dewey and beautiful and nothing peels up. It’s absolutely the most perfect sunscreen I’ve ever ever run across and I cannot believe I didn’t know about this sooner. I just got lucky and it popped up on my for you page and I pray that they come out with even more products because I am a lifelong fan of these folks from now on they have literally saved my life and made sunscreen less of a touchy topic for me!!!

Lightweight and does not leave residue. Overall it is a very good sunscreen, just has a strange smell. The papaya one has a way more subtle scent.

Edit: Waited a bit, ordered again, and got the new formula. Lovely! Natural skin finish (not matte, not shiny), feels relatively light on the face, solid coverage on UV camera, no white cast, and doesn't seem to be breaking me out. Plus, it's vegan and cruelty free! I love it! As long as I can get the newer version instead of the older one, it's a solid rebuy. Original: I ordered this thinking it was going to be the new formula, but unfortunately it was still the old formula with Suncat DE (avobenzone, oxybenzone, and octinoxate). I have a bad reaction to those, so this version didn't work for me. Otherwise great in terms of how it looks/feels, so might try rebuying again in the future to see if I can get the new formula. If you have sensitive skin, take note! While in transition, you could get either formula. If you're not sensitive to Suncat DE filters, you should be fine with either one.

Product is great. Drys clear and smooth, almost like a makeup primer. Feels light and great on my skin and has made my skin look alot better. Does not run into my eyes or budge at all. A near perfect sunscreen. The only hiccup is the pump and product consistency do not match at all. I have to take off the pump top and use a spatula to use the product. The pump was designed for a very watery formula and this product has a texture/consistency of whipped topping! Which, to be clear, the products consistency is absolutely delightful.

Lightweight, non-greasy sunscreen that absorbs quickly and leaves no white cast. Perfect for daily use and works well under makeup. Good for sun exposure, but needs reapplication for long outdoor time.

I feel its dewy and no white cast when i apply, works amazing on my face. I have sensitive skin so no redness or burning sensation as well. I love it.
