My Teflon pans are lasting much longer now that I invested in some silicone tongs. These are sturdy, easy to clean, and get the job done. I love the fact that you can pull the little tab to keep them closed so they pack away nicely in a drawer. Had these for a few months and they're still holding up well with no rusting. Plus I'm saving money on not having to replace my nonstick pans every few months from scratches. Would definitely recommend!

If you are wondering if this is of quality given the price - Yes, it is of great quality despite the price.If you have arthritis, and you can open/close your hands, this is a good tool to have to be able to control the movement of food you are cooking without the need for movement of the fingers.The tongs are sturdy, standard weight, and has great silicone grips for easy handling without slipping or burning oneself. The silicone tips do not scratch your pans when cooking and are strongly held in place. I don't worry about them popping off during the wash. These tongs also handle heat very well. Very important. Not all tongs you see online here can be used for cooking - just for tossing salad. I have sautéed green beans, dunked in boiling water for pasta, turned fish, etc in high heat pans without issue. The circular push/pull lever at the end allows you to keep the tongs open or closed depending on whether you pull/push the circle. So you can store it closed without the handles splayed open into a wide V. I use this for everything now. I can't remember how I lived without it. Sometimes, I use the tongs to reach and lift items from the top shelf of my pantry. The grip is good and very sturdy. This is a great buy regardless of price. The only negative is that cleaning is a bit of a pain given all the grooves on the inside, but that is the same with all tongs of this kind.

Have had these tongs for a couple of months. They are well made and the silicone tips don't scratch my nonstick pans. I use them for cooking and serving and they've held up great. Besides having silicone tips, I got these because of how the tips are attached to the stainless steel body of the tong. Food doesn't get stuck and encrusted between the two. I had a pair that that was always happening and another pair where the silicone tips would slide off the SS part. What a pain! These are perfect. They are sturdy and just the right size for use in my smaller pans. I've now purchased a set for me and a set for my sister. The price is another plus for what you get.

Rather low cost compared to others online but especially at major brick/mortar retailers. Just purchased, so I don't know about heat resistance. Excellent as salad tongs though. Sturdy, higher quality construction than I expected at the low price. Locking device works solidly. Pinching resistance is perfect (not flimsy). 5 stars so far.

The tong is sturdy and locks nice and tight. It’s perfect in hot pans and for tossing a salad. They are the perfect size for great control of your food.

Very poor quality. They cost more and feel way more flimsy then the ones at the grocery store which aren’t great either but they’re better than these.

Don’t be fooled by some reviewers photos as these are very short. Ok for using on a hot plate but NOT on a bbq with flames and high heat.

These are really good tongs. They do their job and are easy to maneuver and clean. I’m happy with this purchase.
