Howard Leight Bilsom 303S Earplugs Pocket Pack, Pack of 20, 303S

One of my ear-holes is smaller than the other.I used to buy the Boots branded, blue/turquoise coloured, foam disposable earplugs, which were fine for many years - very soft... but something suddenly changed and they became harder/denser.I started waking up with blistering pain (a literal blister had formed) in my left, smaller ear-hole. I tried modifying the plugs, to no avail. I tried some alternative, regular sized ear-plugs, with no relief. So I decided to dig deeper. Thanks to a few Reddit threads, I discovered a selection of smaller earplugs to try, including these. I ordered three different kinds.These have truly saved me. They are very small, but they still seal my smaller ear-hole perfectly, blocking a decent amount of sound from the main road my house is located on, without any pressure on the walls of my ear-hole once expanded. I was even able to wear them while the blister healed!The cost is reasonable too.I now use two different ear plugs: this type for my left, smaller ear-hole and the Howard Leight Maximum Lite earplugs for my right, larger ear-hole.See photos for side-by-side-by-side comparison (Boots on the far right for reference).I truly think that Honeywell / Howard Leight should sell trial packs with all their available earplugs, to save cost and wastage. I bought several multi-packs in order to find the right size. I now have 4 other packs of earplugs which cost £4-8 per pack, that were not suitable and I will never use.

I’ve been using earplugs for several years and finally found some that work. These are slightly smaller than the standard size so fit snugly into your ears. They are soft and comfortable and block out all noise. The are by far the best earplugs I’ve used. Highly recommend!

Perfectly adequate ear plugs. No complaints whatsoever, but be aware they may well be slightly smaller than average or what you are used to. Should be ideal for smaller lug holes.

They are a great fit for the size of my ears. I find normal sized too big and fall out during the night however these stay in.So far I haven't been woken up from the very loud snorer next to me and I've been using them for around a month.I use them for two nights and then throw them away. The only down side is they cant be used for longer to create less waste but right now they are the only earplugs that do the job!Would definitely recommend!

Didn’t see anything in the details that mentioned size but these came in a bag marked small so don’t block the noise out as well as they could hence 3 stars, quality of product fine though

Tried so many, these are the only ones that stay in my ears and don't hurt. Superb noise attenuation.

Having struggled with earplugs making my ears sore for quite some time, I decided to try these based on the reviews and am so glad that I did. They are slightly smaller than others that I’ve tried but fit perfectly in my ears. I’ve not slept so well in years and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I bought these earplugs hoping they’d be like my previous pair, but they’re much thinner than a standard, normal-sized earplug. Because of this, they don’t stay in my ears at all. The only way they “work” is if you shove them in sideways, which is uncomfortable.If your goal is a good night’s sleep, these fail completely. Kaufe diese immer wieder. Sie sind weich, passen sich super in der Ohr an, blockieren alle Geräusche, und sind auch noch sehr robust. Ich nutze sie jede Nacht seit Jahren und bin äußerst zufrieden.
