Great item but just one thing to note which is - i got it for my lower back and i usually prefer high pressure massages so due to its shape, it doesn’t work very well for the lower back due to the curved nature of our body. Others this item is perfect. I would also prefer if they included a car adapter with it.

Good product, nicely and hygienically packaged. Heating feature is relaxing. I used the massager on my back and felt some relief on the traps and QL. Wiring is secure but could be longer for more convenience. 15 minute auto shutoff would be nicer if it were 30min.
