Issue with my mixer grinder, which has developed a fault after only 10 months of use. As the product is covered under a 2-year warranty, I had already raised a complaint regarding this matter. However, I was advised by your representative to send the mixer to an address in Haryana at my own expense, and no pickup service was offered. When I attempted to arrange courier service, several courier companies refused to deliver to the given address. The few who agreed are charging approximately ₹600, which is quite high.
