Iโm confused as to the bad reviews this trainer has, it is, by far, the best one Iโve owned. For starters, this is a REAL waist trainer. It has boning. It is meant to suck you in and keep you there. There are other โtrainersโ out there that are very flexible and stretchy; this isnโt one of them. After having a baby, I tried the flexible ones and they never provided enough support, and then, they actually started stretching out bigger, which defeats the purpose entirely. The flexible ones also strangle you when you sit down. They all went in the trash, except this one. I recommend lying down when trying to close it unless youโre experienced. And remember, itโs supposed to be tight. A loose waist trainer is not a waist trainer at all.

I have more than a few of these and this one, by far, is the thickest and strongest without it being a vest with straps. VERY good quality and it is strong compression. I got a 3x (normally Im a 2x) and it was perfectly on the last hook. I have been wearing under clothes ALL day and it doesn't budge or roll down. It is also surprisingly comfortable. I think I was caught off guard that I would be impressed.You can even see the curve of the waist in the back picture. This is definitely a good buy. I would size up but that depends also on how you carry your weight. This feels GREAT on my back! I wear it for that alone!

Works well to flattened and shape your stomach

I followed their size chart, and even double-checked my measurements, but what arrived didn't fit. It was a good inch shy of being able to close it. Make sure you size up. That said, I'm bummed it didn't fit because it seemed to be of fantastic quality. The fabric was thick and durable feeling. The trainer was well crafted and seemed just the right amount of rigid.
