Good gum but make sure you do it right! Bang it all in a very cold fridge leave it overnight then don't use a small piece use a decent size piece it will be crunchy keep chewing it will then form. Chew a bit then remove give a few mins chew again. If you don't fridge it will stick to your teeth bad so make sure you do it.

The taste is terrible and the texture is okay but it sticks to my teeth

Looking at numerous mastic gum options on the internet and you'll find constant mixed reviews and complaints so I'll clear some of this up if you're a first time user. A. Yes this is authentic mastic gum, most of mastic gum on amazon is legitimate but people in the reviews either don't know how to use it correctly or are expecting something different due to 'tiktok myths' surrounding the gum B. You *must* refrigerate the gum prior to use, otherwise the gum will melt into a liquid gel like state, become extremely sticky and difficult to remove from your teeth. Chilling it ensures it doesn't melt, remains ffirm and in one piece. C. Mastic gum is not THAT hard, if regular chewing gum is a 3/10 then this mastic is a 5/10. There are better options out there if you want to give your jaw a workout. D. If you're thinking to take it for the anti-bacterial effects such as to fight H plyori then this can genuinely help but it is unlikely to eradicate it completely on its own. For this specific product my only 2 gripes are there is a lot of variability in the sizes of the gum pieces and that you should really get more for the price. - 4/5

It doesn’t feels like a gum. It lacks quality.

I switched to mastic to replace synthetic gum a long time ago, and this is just as good as the rest. The pieces are irregularly shaped but consistently sized. So a couple of pieces suffice to create chewing gum. Each piece of gum can last several uses if you want to wash, store and reuse, as this stuff is a lot more expensive than gum. Eventually, it starts to crumble and turn grainy, after about 5 or 6 uses. The mastic softens up quickly with warmth and solidifies instantly with cold water, this helps you to keep it tough in order to use it as a jaw exercise.

Very poor, half of the resin gums are not completely dry and stick to your teeth. The box comes in this large pouch that is filled up to 5%... such waste I will try another brand because this one doesnt fit the bill
