Great outdoor light. It is nice and big for our front door entrance area. It was a bit of work to install it. I had to hold it while my husband wired it and it was heavy, but totally worth it. We love the look of it. It does have a short box on the top, so we had to do some adjusting where it hit the ceiling.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love this light. I left out the glass because I hate trying to clean it plus it doesn’t get caught in the Texas winds without it. Love the look. Have gotten many compliments.

Having a smaller front porch with a higher ceiling we really didn’t know what to replace what the house came with but eventually decided on this because of the sconces. We replaced the difficult to access and change bulbs out of the old dated ceiling light to this large outdoor pendant. We finally have something that doesn’t require an 8’ ladder, easy enough to clean as no moths are finding their way in and not out. We’ve gotten compliments from the neighbors and our friends as it’s much easier to see the entire front porch and now the steps leading up to it. Ours is directly wired to a wall switch and we don’t use anything to have it come on from sundown to sunup. We have a dog that likes to wake us up early enough to beat the sun.

Decent quality, easy to install, and looks great. I'm using it undercover outdoors too and has stood up to some wind just fine.
