No need to look further for a descaling product! This is it!
Like others, I did a lot of homework on which flush kit to purchase. I decided on Chromex because of its customer satisfaction and the quality of its products. I received my kit promptly and followed the instructions (and from YouTube University) on how to complete the descaling process. It was very simple, and the results are excellent. I can tell that there was a good amount of residue removed. I am very happy with the product, and I recommend it!

Saves me hundreds of dollars!
This kit is so easy to use. Comes with instructions and video online to help with set up. I used regular vinegar and my system is running clean! Companies charge over $300 for this service and I can use this multiple times for a fraction of one service call!

Easy to use descaling kit
Kit comes with everything needed to do your yearly tankless hot water heater flush. Just get 3 gallons of distilled white vinegar from the store and you’re all set. Don’t turn on pump without fluid.

Good kit
The submersible pump that came in my kit was defective and did not work. I reported this to Amazon and quickly received a replacement. The new pump worked well and I used it to descale my Rheem on-demand water heater. It is easy to use and the parts of the kit, including hoses and solution are nice. The instructions were good and easy to follow. Recommended.

Great Pump At A Great Price
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a Rinnai tankless water heater. It needs to be flushed every few years. If you hire someone to do that, it will cost you $150 or more. I can use this over and over. 4 gallons of white vinegar cost $16. After flushing my unit once, it paid for itself. Flushing is easy. You can download a DIY video if you want to be walked through the process.

Great product
Water heater cleaning tool. It works great cleaning my tankless water heater. All connections fit. Definitely recommend not to pour wasted on the concrete floor because it will bleach your concrete but a pressure washer can fix that.

Vorsicht, nicht geeignet für Kunden in Deutschland, da die Pumpe einen US-Netzstecker hat und nicht für deutsche Netzspannung ausgelegt ist. Leider ist dies nicht im Text ersichtlich, sondern nur in den Bildern angegeben...
