Very impressed with this very affordable faja , it smooths & shapes nicely while being very very comfortable which is amazing . This particular style which has the biker shorts on the bottom & wear your own bra is the best in my opinion . This piece of underwear helps give a foundation to making clothes fit nicely especially since so much clothing is made way too thin in this age . Clothing used to be much thicker & well made & even then women wore under clothing that provided structure & kept bulges & rolls from ruining an outfit . This why our grandmothers or great grandmothers wore girdles ! It was a foundation for their clothing so they looked snatched in.This shapewear can help a too thin piece of clothing look way better .I will add I LOVE the band of lace the back at the top , it not only looks pretty but it lays flat & doesn’t dig into one’s back causing a bulge. I also think the whole look is very feminine & not frumpy at all , It’s kinda cute .

I finally found the right piece for underneath my body on gown!After so much trial and error it’s a relief to have finally found this faja.It’s got the coverage, compression, adjustability, comfort and utility for all day wear.It looks great under my dress and everything feels secure. Excellent value considering the varying prices and quality in this space.

Product works GREAT! This really slims you down in all the right places, without leaving your flab spilling over the top or out the bottom, and it's comfortable! The down side is the bathroom. It has a generous opening so theoretically you can go to the bathroom by simply sliding the fabric out of the way....but....I don't know if I can really pee without getting at least some of it on the garment...so, not sure I will be wearing this to my upcoming event....if I were just going to wear it for a few hours, it would be just fine...so I recommend the product for sure...but either make sure you have really good aim, or select it only for relatively brief events!

I bought this to wear as a backup to my traditional faja (e.g., when it was in the wash). Although it is not as compressive as a real faja, it was very decent and provided nice smoothing. It is pretty breathable and not uncomfortable under clothes in the summer. It has only one row of clasps under the zipper, so no sizing adjustments are possible. I ended up sizing down from a large to a medium (190 lbs, 5'8", 43 inch hips). I have struggled to find a faja that covered my full torso since mine is longer than average, even for my height, but this one covers right up to my bra line. The gusset worked well for peeing and otherwise remained comfortably closed, but I needed to take the whole garment off to do anything else. Reasonably comfortable for shapewear. For the price, definitely worth a try.

Maidenform, why did you change it?! I bought this shaper several years ago and loved it. I’ve since lost weight and my XL shaper is too big. I just ordered it in a M. It fits perfectly and offers nice waist-snatching, and the sheer material on the booty makes it POP…but I am really disappointed about the thighs. The old style had the same material on the tummy/waist as the thighs to smooth them as well. Now, the thighs are the same sheer pantyhose-type material that’s on the butt so there’s no thigh compression at all. If I wanted no thigh shaping, I would buy the bodysuit or boyshort style and not the knee-length. I’ll be returning this and looking for something with tummy AND thigh shaping. What a bummer.

Most of these types of garments from large well known companies like Maidenform are junk that does nothing. This is not that garment. This is power mesh used in all the right ways. It snatches in your waist perfectly, and comfortably. I am 5'3", 205 pear shaped and I purchased a Large, I normally wear xxl tops and pants, sometimes xl. I'm 16 months Post Op for Gastric Sleeve and I needed a garment to hold in my sagging loose belly without causing backfat/spill over from the top of the garment. I'm happy to say this one, while not a full back garment, still does a fantastic job of hitting right at the bra line in the back and not causing any issues between the two. The compression is fantastic, and the garment is still easy to get on. The straps have a clip so if you aren't keen on trying to pee through the opening, you don't have to get naked to go, this is a HUGE plus in my book.

I like this shapewear. Feels comfortable and holds tummy in. The one star is because the item smells like perfume and It may have been previously worn. I am not returning but washing it as I need to wear it soon. Not a happy customer.
