Easy to install. Works great. Responds well.

Although the price is very affordable, this post is a little inconvenient on this rear shock Giant because the base of the post is too long. So I'm 5'5" and it still feels a little tall with the seat all the way down. Also the cable is long and there's some play of it since it is going to be moving with the seat up and down, unlike the KS post I just removed from my bike which had the cable in the base of the post without moving.

Giving a 3-star review for missing screw for clamp that goes on my bike’s handlebars. There was a hole in the bag the post came in. Luckily I had a spare screw that I had scrounge from an old rear derailer that I had. Tested the seat post out today on my Specialized Rockhopper (hardtail) mountain bike, and everything works great.

Fit well, easy install, but wouldn't fully return to the extended position, even with the seatpost clamp loose.

I ordered the wrong size for this dropper post so I returned it and got the right size (and am super-pleased with it). Just make sure to order the right stem size when you order!

This is an amazing alternative to drilling holes in your frame if you don't have dropper post routing. I used this dropper post on my old bike that didn't have the provisions for internal dropper post routing, but this post is a bit long so you should plan for that. The idea of being able to use a dropper post on one of my old bikes that wasn't made with that in mind is quite refreshing. My only issue with this specific dropper post is that I can't put it low enough to be able to reach the pedals when the post is fully extended when it's on my bike, which is a medium size frame. This might be better suited to large or bigger frames, but it's a great idea and I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to modernize their older bike with a dropper post.

Appears to be well made and smoothly operating. No initial complaints. Only time will tell how long it lasts. My last entry level dropper post from another brand has been holding up strong with lighter duty usage.

Well it turns out that everything on this is pretty low-grade. D.I can feel the seat sit back when I sit on it.Which means it's loose inside of its Chassis, and then the actual draw line. He's already snapping. I've only had it on my advice for a few weeks, and i've driven it only four major trips. I would not buy again in fact, i'm already looking at ordering a different model
