Bad quality hoops/loops/hooks
The top hook just came out when I tried. I am in no position to return also, as I am going on a hiking trip this week. However, I had to get it stitched/fixed. The build quality of the hooks/loops, whatever they are called, is bad. Overall, the shoe looks sturdy and good quality for the price.
