Really gentle. I suffer with eczema on my hands so need a gentle wash when bathing my child. This is really gentle and doesn't cause any irritation to my skin.

Seems to be helping my little one who has very sensitive skin. I use this and then the bedtime oil and both products are great

I've been using this on my four kids, the youngest being 18 months and the eldest 8 YO. It is excellent for their soft skin. None have had any reaction to this. I can wash their hair with it and I've had no complaints of it causing eye aggravation. The viscosity is quite runny, it could do with being a bit thicker to be perfect. But being so full of natural ingredients that can be an issue. I've used other natural products too with the same issue. Small price to pay for such nice ingredients. I'd have no problems getting this again. After using their skin feels clean and smooth. The hair looks shiny and clean.

I had high hopes for this product after hearing how good it is and the fact it rates so highly for being kind to skin and no bad additives… It did not disappoint. It is a good size bottle and beautiful packaging. The smell is incredible and it foams up so nicely on a sponge and on the hair. The consistency seemed quite thin compared to other baby products I’ve used, however this did not affect its ability for a good foam. I now use this on myself as I can’t get enough of the scent. My baby has sensitive skin and is prone to eczema, but this was very gentle and caused no flare ups at all. Would 100% recommend

very gentle - my skin reacts to everything but not this and it works as well - some gentle cleansers are not very effective

I bought this because it says it's suitable for sensitive skin buy it's absolutely not. When I started using this is the only time my baby ever cried while taking a bath. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and use for a second and third time,same thing. Absolute rubbish.

Product came in highly recommended and I was anticipating, ordered on Saturday for prime delivery on Monday but didn’t receive till Wednesday evening, no update whatsoever and was delivered to a wrong address, the Good Samaritan brought the product back to my house as my address was clearly written on package….poor delivery experience hence the 3 stars!!!
