Hi. The iteam has received completely fine with no damage but it’s half way down empty. I am not sure whether it should be or this one off hasn’t been filed properly. I am happy to alter my review if it was a genuine mistake. Thanks

Land of the mountains
Shilajit is renowned for providing many health benefits its derived naturally from fossilised plants Millionaire years ago... This particular product of film gilgit in Pakistan an area full of high mountains and peaks so this should be of a very high quality but its always a gamble as to what your actually getting.I have tried a few brands and this looks feels and tastes like the others... I'm hoping it's of higher quality and purity... My advice is to try a tub and see what results your get....

Fantastic
It improved my focus and alertness. My skin felt and looked better as well. Cost wise, even though small containers, it lasts ages, especially if you follow the Instructions for Use. The smell is not horrible but definitely different and taste you can get used to. My suggestion is to make it with hot water. Great product, and I will definitely get it again.

Good results
I've heard a lot of good things about this shilajit, but I was a bit hesitant about using it myself My wife has noticed a change in my energy levels and how energetic I am now after 1 month of taking shilajit every morning 10 out of 10 , what a brilliant product
