This pink butcher paper is amazing! It’s thick, durable, and high-quality. I first used it to cover a large Christmas grazing table, and it was a total hit at our neighborhood party—looked beautiful and held up perfectly. We’ve also used it in the smoker for brisket, and the results were incredible. The meat came out tender and flavorful, and the paper worked exactly as it should. Great for both presentation and cooking. Highly recommend!

Here is what you need to wrap your smoked meat in to finish it. Good quantity and quality. I think it is better than aluminum foil.
