A friend and I hosted a gourmet dinner for 8. We used wild mushroom risotto as the pasta course and the truffles were shaved tableside into the risotto. It really blasted the meal into the stratosphere. It is definitely a meal maker. I still have some, but have not eaten them myself. I was the chef so I was too busy that evening, but I plan to very soon.
