Breastfeeding mommas
This is fantastic for moms who need hydration. I mix this with 40 oz of water. Flavor is still there. Any less and it’s super salty understandably so being that it has nearly 50% of your sodium intake. Don’t let that scare you. I rarely ever reach my sodium intake for the day. It’s a much needed item in my case.

Tastes great
Would give a 5 star if it were a little less expensive. The no sugar content is what drew me in to purchase and it still tastes great. Not like some other hydration multipliers that can have salinity, this is nice and makes getting your ounces in easy. Make sure you mix it well bc it’s strong if you get a chunk of it, but it does dissolve nicely, this was “user error” on my part :) felt increased hydration and energy and enhanced recovery. Trying to get more water intake in 2025 and this helps!

Very heavy salt taste
After reading all the great reviews I was excited to get my Water boy variety pack. However the taste was not what I expected at all. The salt content is very strong and over powers every flavor. Directions say to add 1 pack to 16oz of water and I added 1 pack to 23 oz of water and still was over powered by the salt taste. I wanted to love this brand as everyone else does but it’s sadly not for me.
